Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 Review & Guide

Im still deciding whether to get the RX3 or the Opus Quad. Does any of these have the touch screen loop options like the cdjs 2000nxs2?

Can you stream music from this unit?

the only thing I would have done different is the jog wheels they should be full size with the led style like the XZ has

At which pioneer will I feel a smaller difference when I come to a club where there are CDJ-3000 and DJM-900-NXS2? - RX3 Compact? Or XDJ-700 and DJM-450? What would you recommend? thanks 🔥

Hi guys. I hope you can help. I have an RX3 and have recorded 3 mixes. I can play all three on the hardware itself in the recordings folder but when I look at the USB files on my MAC/Phone etc. The folder is empty. Why is this?

Hello i have a question, i also have an XDJ RX3 but wich USB STICK is good for the RX3? i have SANDISK EXTREME PRO,but sometime its not load the song fast enough.

Hi! I am thinking of buying the RX3. One thing I am curious about is the depth of the unit and if fits my home setup. In Pioneer's website its listed as 469.5mm. If you have the unit available, could you measure if this is from the top of the monitor to the bottom of the unit, or if its from the top end of the flat part of the controller to the bottom of the unit? Hello has the rx3 isolate mode like the ddj 1000? So if I put the mid lows and Highs on the lowest you hear nothing in the track?

I want to use the RX3 to stream on twitch, I stilll want to DJ as standalone without using any software on the computer but I need to send audio through the computer into OBS.. can this be done with the RX3? Does anyone know?

I love the XDJXZ , I also got the RX3 however the sound quality is terrible high pitch frequencies I couldn't handle it. I sent mine back I am hoping I had a broken one. But I saw a few other people have the same issues. Must use a different chip in these than the others. Even here on your video, the sound frequencies are sort of off do u agree?.

Is there tonal equalization when working without a laptop? Key shift?

Can you reverse the crossfader on this unit? What about replacement faders. How do you change them out when they inevitably die?

Anyone care to comment on reports that the latest firmware (1.15, I think?) has issues that arise after the unit is in continuous use for 3 or 4 hours? Namely, scrolling while browsing slowing down dramatically and eventually freezing? There’s a thread about it on the Pioneer DJ forum. Anyone else experiencing this, or alternatively anyone playing long sets on one of these without any issues at all? Thanks

Honest opinion, as someone getting back into Djing, do I get this or the SC live 4? I know they're totally different units with one having four channels, but as far as features etc on the decks themselves which gives better bang for your buck? Love the videos guys.

Purchased one at the weekend, from a Pioneer AD, it had scratches all over it, it was replaced with another brand new one, again scratched up, but not as bad as the previous one, I have decided to keep the 2nd one, definitely some quality control issues at Pioneer, allowing these units to ship in a used condition.

Hi. Crossfader, i have SanDisk 128 GB but the wavevorms just doesn’t work on my RX3 . I already analyzed it thru rekordbox. But the INFO is still empty and no wavevorms.. should i use another USB? What USB do you recommend?

Anyone know how bad the screen wobbles?! is it universal? I'm maybe trading in my rx2 for one and i might leave it if i'm trading out for something dodgy

Question: How to use sync button on Pioneer DJ rx3 standalone controller when one track is 70 bpm and the other track is 140 bpm? It sounds weird when a 70 bpm track is synced to 140 bpm or the other way around. When I use Serato on a laptop, it will automatically sync them as 70 and 140 respectively, but I am not able to do the same using the sync button on the hardware.
