This is actually a fair overview of many popular homebuilt helicopters, but saying that building and flying them is the "worst idea someone could possibly have" is unfair and untrue as many people do meth and heroine and/or drive 100+mph on public roads. Flying a homebuilt helicopter from a proven or FAA-approved kit is far, far safer than racing your car on public roads and in the helicopter you're more likely to kill yourself instead of an innocent bystander.

Four bucks a gallon. When was this done ? So that's $1 a litre in the USA as there's 4 litres to US gallon . More like £10 a UK gallon or more .

Building a backyard helicopter certainly provides fodder for neighborhood gossip.

kids, the stuff under the sink is about 3% - in order to be useful as a rocket fuel, hydrogen peroxide has to be up around 70%, and at that concentration it will take your skin right off - calling the rocket fuel "diluted" is like calling the Atlantic Ocean "damp".
