If macro evolution were true, how many millions, billions, or trillions of evolutionary changes would need to take place just to go from an ape-like ancestor to a human?

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
2 The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.
3 Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light.
4 God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.
5 God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
6 Then God said, "Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters."
7 God made the expanse, and separated the waters which were below the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.
8 God called the expanse heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.
9 Then God said, "Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear"; and it was so.
10 God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good.
11 Then God said, "Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them"; and it was so.
12 The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good.
13 There was evening and there was morning, a third day.
14 Then God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years;
15 and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth"; and it was so.
16 God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also.
17 God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth,
18 and to govern the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness; and God saw that it was good.
19 There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.
20 Then God said, "Let the waters teem with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the heavens."
21 God created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind; and God saw that it was good.
22 God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth."
23 There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day.
24 Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind"; and it was so.
25 God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:1 - 23, NASB)

Bring me a beautiful oil on canvas painting and give me evidence that no artist painted it, the different paints just randomly fell on the canvas.

Bring me a smartphone and give me evidence that no one designed and manufactured it, the materials just came together over billions of years.

Bring me a complex, interdependent, and breathtakingly beautiful solar system, where the Moon regulates the Earth's climate to sustain life, the Sun delivers energy to every photosynthesising molecule, and the Stars trillions of miles away guide seafarers on Earth, and give me evidence that no one designed and constructed it.

Here is a list of quotes from respected leaders who doubted this narrative in biology, zoology, paleontology, anthropology, philosophy, a museum curator, current & former atheists and Darwin himself.

“I suppose the reason why we leapt at the Origin of Species was that the idea of God interfered with our sexual mores.” ― Sir Julian Huxley, Head of UNESCO, evolutionist

Evolution is unproved and unprovable. We believe it only because the only alternative is special creation, and that is unthinkable” ― Sir Arthur Keith. (1959). Note: he wrote the forward to the 100th anniversary edition of Darwin’s book, Origin of Species.

"Scientists who go about teaching that evolution is a fact of life are great con-men, and the story they are telling may be the greatest hoax ever. In explaining evolution, we do not have one iota of fact." ― Dr. T. N. Tahmisian, Atomic Energy Commission, USA. in "The Fresno Bee", August 20, 1959. As quoted by NJ Mitchell, "Evolution and the Emperor's New Clothes", Roydon publications, UK, 1983, title page.)

"Darwinian science inevitably will, and should have, legal, political and moral consequences." ― L. Tiger, an anthropologist at Rutgers (as presented in Scientific American, October 1995, pg. 181).

"Evolutionism is a fairy tale for grown-ups. This theory has helped nothing in the progress of science. It is useless.” ― Professor Louis Bouroune, former President of the Biological Society of Strasbourg and Director of the Strasbourg Zoological Museum, later Director of Research at the French National Centre of Scientific Research, as quoted in The Advocate, March 8, 1984.

"...most people assume that fossils provide a very important part of the general argument made in favor of Darwinian interpretation of the history of life. Unfortunately, this is not strictly true." ― Dr. David Raup, Curator, Field Museum of Natural History, Chicago. Quoted from "Conflicts between Darwin and paleontology," Field Museum of Natural History Bulletin, Vol. 50 (1), 1979.)

"...I fully agree with your comments on the lack of direct illustration of evolutionary transition in my book. If I knew of any, fossil or living, I would certainly have included them...Yet Gould and the American Museum people are hard to contradict when they say there are no transitional fossils...I will lay it on the line--there is not one such fossil for which one could make a watertight argument." ― Dr. Colin Patterson, Senior Paleontologist at the British Museum of Natural History in London, (Personal letter to L. Sunderland.)

"Despite the bright promise that paleontology provides a means of 'seeing' evolution, it has presented some nasty difficulties for evolutionists, the most notorious of which is the presence of 'gaps' in the fossil record. Evolution requires intermediate forms between species and paleontology does not provide them..." ― David B. Kitts, Ph.D. -- Zoology, Head Curator, Department of Geology, Stoval Museum, and well-known evolutionary paleontologist. Evolution, Vol. 28, Sept. 1974.

"...not being a paleontologist, I don't want to pour too much scorn on paleontologists, but if you were to spend your life picking up bones and finding little fragments of head and little fragments of jaw, there's a very strong desire to exaggerate the importance of those fragments..." ― Dr. Greg Kirby in an address given at a meeting of the Biology Teachers Association of South Australia in 1976. Dr. Kirby was the Senior Lecturer in Population Biology at Flinders University and was giving the case for evolution.)

"A five million year old piece of bone that was thought to be the collarbone of a humanlike creature is actually part of a dolphin rib...The problem with a lot of anthropologists is that they want so much to find a hominid that any scrap of bone becomes a hominid bone." ― Dr. Tim White, anthropologist, University of California, Berkeley, quoted in New Scientist, April 28, 1983.

“It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.” ― Upton Sinclair

“I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.” ― Galileo Galilei

“Evolution is not a fact. Evolution doesn’t even qualify as a theory or as a hypothesis. It in a metaphysical research program, and it is not really testable science” -― Dr. Karl Popper, leading philosopher of science

"The number of intermediate varieties which have formerly existed on earth must be truly enormous. Why then is not every geological formation and every stratum full of such intermediate links? Geology assuredly does not reveal any such finely graduated organic chain; and this, perhaps, is the most obvious and gravest objection which can be urged against my theory." ― Charles Darwin 1902 edition.

survival of the fittest means living organisms that fit most neatly with their environment survive to give rise to the next generation not killing everyone and everything for self-survival social darwinism cannot justify anything because it is itself a misinterpretation of the original theory from darwin and wallace in addition to being inhuman.

"Preservation of the favoured races in the struggle for life" is the alternative name of "The origin of species by means of natural selection" it's amazing how often that is omitted when these ideas are promoted.
