I have a client who has never culled their list or looked at performance reports. It seems likely many of their emails are now in spam. It's hard to cut that list when it is unknown if the subscriber is interested, it is just in their spam now. Is it possible to reverse being in a spam folder, even just to ask if they still want to hear from them?

Hi Neil, What is your opinion on the word count for marketing emails? Most people say it should be between 50-200 but I think it's hard to sell something and add value or be informative within that range. That's just my personal opinion so I'd love to hear what you think about it.

I have a list of 832. I have not been sending emails consistently. I want to get back on track sending at least 3 a week. I’m not sure of how to get them engaged since I’ve been MIA lately. I make and sell natural hair care products.
