For
companyTableView.delegate = self
companyTableView.dataSource = self

You can also right-click + drag the viewController in Main.storyboard to the icon on top of the viewController (There are three of them. Drag it to the left most icon(yellow)) and click datasource
Then right-click + drag to the same icon -- click delegate this time .

This seems easier for me

you just went on coding instead of explaining the code!! This is not for new learners. You should explain each and every path instead of going with the flow!

How would you add a button to each cell that would take you to a different view controller?

Simple but very effective solution, I was facing an issue where I was trying to identify cells with tags I had provided and it was constantly throwing me nil errors, basically couldn't store the data, but I used that approach for another Table and it worked there, but after a lot of searching around and trying different approaches, this was the one that solved it for me, Thanks!

Thank you so much for this video!! Helped me make a table. Other tutorials left out steps or weren't for Swift 4 so this was soooo helpful! Thank you!!!!!
