which weapon (in Warframe) do you think is in most need of a buff/rework

I never understood how multiple damage types work out in the following cenarios:

What exactly is the cloned flesh type of the grineer? The damage of blade weapons is significantly reduced, we only seem to be hitting their armor.
If I use my 1 as saryn on a grineer, does it deal the viral dmg to their flesh or armor?
If I hit a grineer with a modded dread 10, 10, 90 slash, and 180 gas, how are the damage types multilplied? the slash should be effective against their flesh but weak against their armor.

The confusion with shields overlapping health. again, we will ignore enemy armor values, everyone is wearing corrosive projection.
If I hit a regular corpus unit with 100 shield and 400 Health, with the dread 10,10, 90 slash and 180 explosion.
Does the game account for the shield beeing destroyed after having it suffer 100 damage and changes the damage multiplier accordingly?
Is there an order for the damage types to be applied?
I hit the shield with 180 radiation damage. Due to shields resistance the damage is multiplied by 0.75 resulting in 135 damage.
Thats 35 overkill for the shield. The flesh however doesn't have any resistances against radiation. So are the remaining 35 damage divided by 0.75 now?
If I used magnetic damage [180*1.75=315] would it deal 215 health damage even tho magnetic doesnt have a bonus multiplier vs flesh? What about the remaining physical damage? Is it multiplied with the inital shield resistances or the flesh resistances?
(impact being weak against flesh, but good against shields. Slash being good vs flesh and puncture, being weak versus shields).
