Also, claiming it was SVR because it reminded some boomer exec of something he saw the Russians doing back in the day is a joke. If there is no actual evidence other than a hunch, you shouldn’t declare it as a fact, it makes me wonder what else in this presentation is based on conjecture.

Prior to this, in mid 2020, felt some things happening, it looked so paranormal, that I added to it. "TL;DR": were no workers on the electrical line at that hr, and I was living near a park that has those electronic toys kids hop on and ride. And the toys started to play its songs in the middle of the night. I went to whom I was with back then and ask him if he is hearing what I am hearing, if I am not hallucinating. He confirms he hears the sounds as well (those toys bearly operated). I go on the balcony and see the toys' lights flashing, I call with whom I was and point it to him from where it's coming. He looks at me and starts being perplexed. I look at him and tell him with sort of a bit of joy "could be are the ghosts of the little kids that were buried there, playing" (around that area long time ago was also a cemetery). He gets frightened hearing me say that, so to calm him down I tell him that it could be someone it's working at the power grid...this was during at the peak of the lockdown. But the story does not stops there...

Another point. When the US Government accused the SVR the Russian responded that it wasn't them but rogue hackers. They asked what was in it for them to investigate rogue hackers in their territory that are not active in the Russian territory. They asked in exchange for the US Government to investigate rogue hackers in the US territory that operate in the Russian territory only. The US State Department responded with the confrontational approach instead of the cooperative approach. Blaming the SCR and Russia of their own security failure is the easiest political excuse. FYI WikiLeaks got their data of the DNC server from a whistleblower and not from a SVR hack. The total "Karen" disregard of security protocols by the Hillary Clinton election team could explain why they preferred to blame it on the Russian instead of themselves.
