How can I walk away when I live with her, we moved in few weeks ago and already feeling overwhelmed. Now I think walking away for me is fine; but because we live together and “helping” each other makes it easier to live. Save money shared bills etc. now I am very capable of living by my own, although now things are getting tough lost my primary jobs meaning less money, maybe losing my car too,

Walking away is a sigma male trait. Here how it goes:

Alpha male = leader (the rock, vin diesel)
Sigma male = loner (John wick)
Beta male = follower

Alpha males don’t walk away as a rule, they try to dominate any situation and become the leader. If they are true alphas they will walk away but only if they find they can’t dominate a situation. Sigma males as a rule walk away from just about everything save for their own personal fulfilment.

alpha is a mindset. it is putting yourself first before anything else. walking away is one of their traits. MOST alpha friends i know dont even know they are alpha.

We are on 1 year and 3 months LDR my gf had mood swings , I didn't react and become stoic. She keeps on testing me and loose interest,diresrespectful. Whenever she pulls away I pull away too when she acts distant. This started on January. Last february we are on vc and talking about the house that we are going to bought with her sister we set a plan so she was about to take her dinner and I said I'm gling to take a shower because i went off on the gym. I saw her public post on facebook the next morning and it says " she seems to choosen a wrong person again and we might don't deserve each other. I didn't react and pull away immediately. Now after NC of 40 days tried to call twice her on messenger and line app but no answer , it seems that i'm on mute or block. When ever she is not on mood to talk to me she always does that. Also i just sent her a message once a week or twoce only. We are not friends on facebook and she keeps on unfriending me whenever she got upset on me. So after i break the NC for 40 days but no avail. I waited another 5 days and check her fb profile. I saw she friended the beta males that she used to video call on messenger before we got into relationship. I always tell her the boundaries that its ok to chat other guys but not a video call, I told her i'm not jelous. But when I see that she be freinded the beta males that she used to do a VC and even though we are in a relationship and she don't want me to add on facebook 3 months straight. I decided to walk away last march 31. I deleted my line app and clear her name on messenger. She broke up with me on april 1 and I replied "ok, talk to me when you are ok"

She daid its her final decision. I replied "ok".

Whenever she pulls away I didn't chase and when she breaks up. I didn't beg and plead.
