Smart Viewer - Adding NVR and DVR Devices

cant work with dvr

I click auto and nothing loads. Have to add each of the many ips manually.

The description says it can support up to 72 cameras but in it it’s only 36. Can I have 72 different ones divided among users?

How many ports from the NVR to be connected to the network switch when viewing by SSM VMS

Hi, today when I hit "add automaticlly", it does show any in there. Normally it's there. But today it is odd. Do you know what is the problem?

Doesn't detect my Wisenet sdr-84305 and I already checked all the network settings. I can ping it and everything but can not connect to it at all. I can connect if I add it manually via the Iphone app but that is it
