There isn’t a “King James Translator” there were actually 56 or 57 men who were divided into six “companies” and the Bible was divided among them - 3 worked on assigned sections of the Old Testament, 2 worked on assigned sections of the New Testament and one company worked on the Apocrypha. Almost all of the translators were Anglican priests and as far as history is concerned none of them were “gay.”
