This 'works', in that you can check the encryption status of the drive is, and it indicates that it is no longer encrypted. However...it doesn't fix the problem. Trying to boot a Linux USB, you can fiddle stuff to get it to work, but then are hit by the cursed 'recovery key' ransom, when you try to boot back to Win 11. So, whether there is 'encryption' anymore, or not, it won't get rid of the MS ransomware! So, what ELSE has to be done to fix this?

He is just showing the hard way just search "device encryption" in settings and turn off the option and wait for it to process it's much easier
