This is why I kind of think this stuff is set up because what pawn shop owner is going to say I'm not going to give you $1,000 because you have way more than $1,000 worth of gold they're going to give them the $1,000 get the stuff checked out throw away the stuff they don't want or give it away or more likely price it so cheap that somebody's just going to buy it thinking it's something valuable and they're going to make their money off of the other stuff what pawn shop owner wants to help the other person make money it's against their own interests
