git clone remote HTTP Basic Access denied | Windows

I am getting error as access denied and the provided password is incorrect or your account has 2FA enable and you have must use a personal access token instead of a password. Even though I have tried with the access token and password Fatal: authentication failed.
Can you pls help me on this
