Good to know daddys money helped him do nothing but learn how to cook what a fucking joke But hey if thats the family tradition of having Male cooks then I can 100% respect it because I am a man in America and love to cook and I'm dam good at it just funny how this guy used his daddys money to get rich must be nice.
Damn I’m nowhere near here but I’d love to work here
You see him prepping every ingredient, carrying heavy things, putting up hours and hours of hard labor. That ladies and gentlemen is the definition of being a cook/chef, and most people these days still see this line of work as a demeaning and unnecessary career. Chefs/cooks are very underpaid especially for those who studied culinary arts from expensive schools out there. Unless you inherit a restaurant business or have the money to put up your own restaurant, you need his 25 yrs experience to be significant
Anyone else feel like they're getting tinnitus? What is that high-pitched squeal in the background for most of this?
After watching 'The Bear' I've developed a special affection for these people who're giving their all to run a restaurant ❤️

Great! This video is telling. Chef has a lot of character and I feel, trepidation. The food looks amazing! I want to try it. The restaurant is big. I wish, he would go after a Michelin ⭐. Don't be ordinary, be extraordinary! I think he can achieve that success with his team!

I'm Japanese but not fully." For me, he meant by easygoing and relax want to go with life in slow pace.
Ответитьvery inspiring, i love to try his cuisine
Pinoy ba staff nya??
I wish that I could have seen this video before I stayed in Singapore last year because I am now living and working in Viet Nam. I promise that I am going to come to your restaurant for my second trip to Singapore soon. You are so humble and sociable. I hope that everything good will come to your life!
A great video and an interesting , informative and entertaining chef. Thank you for sharing this video 🙏
Youare ro peefectionis
When he said he was Japanese but not fully, I didn't understand until history and his words explained his journey. Yes, he is not like any typical Japanese at all. What a beautiful way to capture his life in the study of food - like netflix's Chef's Table but shorter without sacrificing quality of storytelling.
Ответитьcollective consciousness!!
The videography and editing are top notch. These 24 hours with are beautifully done!
You are humble and honest
Ответитьreal japanese? looks like the foreigner.
Food looks great . I can tell he cares about the quality of his products. I would just like to see cooks wearing food regulated gloves. That’s my preference. I even wear gloves when cooking at home .
As a chef..how you have changed your mindset...it's beautiful to see....food is love
Fucking love you
I really like your view of serving your customers with delicious food and keeping your employees happy. I one day want to run my restaurant the way you do. You ran inspiration to me, many more blessings to you.
Seems like a really nice guy….
Oh no mask on by himself I’m out first scene 😂
What’s up with the music and the constant shriek that kills my ears like at 8 min a really sharp noise? The rest of the video incredible but that noise really ruin the vid
