is the oculus have a different front plate? mine shows the Meta Logo and not "Oculus. is this just a misunderstanding orrrr

To yop thia all off there was an update recently that ups the quests oetformance but deteriorates battery health a little more rapidly,

i cant imagine what it does for the other components such as issues with overheating, wear and tear with use ect, but i imagine people will either replace thier quest 2 with probably the quest 3 that has just launched, get it fixed or sell it all together

What im trying to say is, repairs may become a little more common place now that meta is running the quest 2 into the ground

On the plus side, missing the default head strap is no real issue. Basically everyone replaced them immediately.

The replacing the analog stick on the controllers is also a nightmare, it sucked so much, but after taking the entire controller apart then putting it back together only to realize I forgot something and doing that 4 times, two to three hours later I was done.

Where do I find the battery online tho I can’t seam to find it if taken it apart just need the battery

That’s why I bought the the Meta Quest 3

Not only is this a problem but if your Controller starts to have a drifting problem that is way to bad to ignore you can't just take of the black circular plate at the top which is where the button's are and then boom you can get to replacing stuff no you gotta take the entire fucking Controller apart or buy a new one which is like 70 or 90 dollar's and that is insane

Wait! You can buy the controllers SEPERATELY? My Left controller has TERRIBLE stick drift. I thought I was going to have to send it off to get fixed but if I can just go out & buy one I will do that instead.

It makes perfect sense to make it hard to replace the battery, they want you to buy a new headset. Gee golly. Zuck ruins everything! But when people say they're not going to lie, they usually do.
