ОтветитьAfter working out for months I was getting to my goals and was loving my body. However my last semester of university took a big toll on my and when I wasn’t studying I was working. I became very stressed and sad, stopped working out for months and my binge disorder got very bad. Thankfully I graduated but I put on weight and lost my muscle. It’s been hard to get back into routine because the process feels painfully slow and I hate looking at the state I put my body in. Im trying my best to get back in track with my body goals as well as pursuing my career further. Anna’s channel has been really helping me and I wish everyone well on their own journey
