RimWorld mods set the bar for video-games too high.

What’s it mean when they say vanilla expanded mods like are they built in or workshop mods that just improve the vanilla experience

Is it practical to run all of these faction expansions side by side? It seems like they're catered towards a specific run vs running side by side seemlessly?

Ancients are OP but its nice if you dismantle their buildings you get so much steel and silver.

Is there a mod that makes diseases contagious? Would love to have another threat level to diseases in the game, both for human pawns and animals..!

Love the no meta gaming penalty. You know but your pawns don't so wait for them to make their move first.

i started playing rimworld recently and naturally i injected it with a lot of vanilla faction expanded content

the mechanoids are now so plentiful even approaching one of their tiles means over 20 scythers, flamethrowers and lancers. i game ended myself by not having good enough equipment sooner

is there any mod that I can control how many factions in my map?
I can sure is not faction control. It's a mod that i can just type number in any faction before generating the map, but I forgot which mod is that. 🥲

Yo, i was searching for the mod that makes your pawn´s bars with numbers and colours, how is it called? i searched a lot and couldnt find it, for example the mood and health bars in this mod its represented with percent and a color wich more close to 0 more red

This is so in depth I feel i should have brought flippers and an oxygen tank.

I wish they would remove chitin from the vanilla insectoids expanded mod. Its an extremely overpowered material, out damaging persona weapons, and because it's a material, you frequently find pawns carrying chitin weapons into fights.

I got another pc and it can run Rimworld nicely. Getting back into this game is so nice. Ive got 2500hrs in this, the most played game ive ever played

The Deserters can be allied if you do the "Deserter" mission. They will periodically drop pod you random gear as a gift and and in rare cases (Unless this was Pure Coincidence) Help you against a empire raid.

Someone really needs to call VFE out for their poor balancing and copious bugs, I had to personally patch 2 or 3 of their mods in my game because they were flat out not tested and bugged. Mostly the later mods especially as they were rushing to keep up with Vanilla DLCs

idk why but the empire faction expanded gives me dishonored vibes

as a someone who always loves pranking my friends and family by planting C-4's and poisoning their food. i can confirm that their face reactions to those pranks are priceless. i remember putting some funny thing in my brother's stew. he got angry soo much that he slept for 2 days.
