ОтветитьDefinitely explained very well!
ОтветитьGOAT
ОтветитьThank You!
Ответитьdevvon music hard af😭😭
ОтветитьDevvon! Thanks again for another articulate explanation on EQ'ing. Your approach of exaggerating each frequency then bringing back in line is a technique i've used for a long time so great to see i'm not the only one with this train of thought. As this helps you feel what sound good and it allows you to focus on what sounds good as opposed to being rigid and saying, I have to do a 2db cut or a 5 db cut. It's all about feel and sound. I salute you Brotha man.
Ответитьhey bud i realy like the way you explain in your video, i watch all of your videos and since i have learn wit you that you so much for shairing your knoledge
Ответитьvery useful tutorial💪👌👌
ОтветитьWell explained..........thars all I have to say.
ОтветитьHELP ME HELP YOU DEVVON (thanks for the good vids)
ОтветитьThis breakdown is on point, thank you for adding on to the knowledge I already had
ОтветитьBrooooooo….you are the best!!!!!
ОтветитьThank you for this video!!!
ОтветитьBest explanation I've seen online explaining EQ's. Now I understand a lot more,
thank you, Sir!
what about 500 - 900 hz
ОтветитьI've been producing music for years and already understood the concepts presented here. However, your process is what I truly found helpful. Your method of first sitting back and listening to the track in context, making up your mind about what it needs, then addressing each band one-by-one, with those initial observations in mind, really makes eq'ing a much more intuitive task. One of the best EQ demonstrations I've come across. Bravo!
Ответитьyep!!
knows what e s talkin 'bout!!!
Bro, the way you talk and your gestures even add more knowledge to what stuff you tryna explain. Thanks a lot!!
Ответитьthis video is very inspiring I heard thing I've never realized and seen both ends of the spectrum thank you Devvon💣💥
Ответитьthank you for sharing bro
Ответитьfire
ОтветитьNo pun intended this made everything clear
ОтветитьHow many db should you cut 800hz for sitting in mix? Is -4.5 too much?
ОтветитьFantastic tutorial and an absolutely very good teacher !
ОтветитьYou're the best boss
ОтветитьExceptional use of your talent. Thanks!
ОтветитьI love the way you chopped up the frequencies. My brain learns so much quicker when I can break things up into categories and make sense of each one. Killer video, thanks!
Ответитьgreat video
Ответитьfrom the bottom of my heart, thank you.
ОтветитьI keep coming back to this! Thank you again and again!!
ОтветитьExcellent presentation, brotha.
ОтветитьThank you Sir ...from cape town south africa ...🎹🎤🎧
ОтветитьRespect frm 🇯🇲
ОтветитьGreat instructional video. You got right into it and told me exactly what I've been wanting to know about how sound professionals regard the various band frequencies. Succinct and rewarding is how I would describe this video.
ОтветитьMan this is honestly the best video about EQ I've ever seen
ОтветитьThis was really really good. I am not a musician and I understood it all. Feel more confident to work on my online lectures. Thank you!
ОтветитьThanks bhai
ОтветитьYou're the man Dev, I appreciate you organically elaborating at a level where any one at any skill level can understand. Thanks bro
ОтветитьThis is really helpful :D
ОтветитьThanks Devon! Best explanation for parametric EQ from all the tutorials I've listened to so far. But what about 600 hz to 1K? Did I miss something?
ОтветитьLiterally the best eq tutorial 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьThe problem with your mixing tips is that the vocals are very treble-heavy, I know how I can help myself, but that was a long way, in my opinion, the vocals should sound the same on every device, but with yours, they sound different with every voice or voice pitch are different frequencies you can't generalize them
Ответитьthis really the last one i need
ОтветитьWoooow....I really appreciate this tutorial...blessings bruh.
ОтветитьI have a question say you have trap song and on your master you have pro q 3 and and at 250hz the sound wav in the background of the eq that you visually see doesn't have alot of gain in that frequency.. if you cut at that frequency do you have to pull it down till it touches the background wave form for it to take that frequency down? or if you wanna just drop in one dB..you can just pull it down just alittlebit and it will take effect..
ОтветитьBro, thank you so much for your videos. You make it so easy and plain to understand and you do a great job at fully explaining these techniques and concepts in great detail.
ОтветитьDude ..... I dont know what it is ..... but when you broke it down into 5 sections ..... I had an "ah ha!" Moment and all of a sudden I understand . This is after watching 20 other videos on eq. Thank you for explaining it the way you did in this video
