NVIDIA, AMD or Intel for Video Editing & Content Creation?
ОтветитьThanks for looking specifically into the performance for video editing and game engines, that was what I was looking for.
ОтветитьHello
What would you recommend for editing 4K in DaVinci Resolve, playing the file without any issues? 3070 or 4060 (no TI)? Thank you 🙏🏻🙂
I’m currently on 1080ti , would upgrading to the mid tear on this list be significant upgrade for davinci , pro res 444 4k time line and below ? I like to be able to use dehancer and 3rd party plugins with not so choppy experience
ОтветитьI've seen many people say that the 3060 12gb is better than the 3060ti for Content Creation. I find it funny that it's not in this test. Maybe the results would be to close to the 4070 and not good for Nvidia business. 🤔
ОтветитьSoon i will build a 1080p video edit pc with i5 13600k. Which gpu would be the best: 3060 12gb, 3060ti 8 gb or 6700xt 12 gb.
I don't mind about render times but looking for the best option.
Premiere Pro and DaVinci.
Thank you.
Much thanks for this vid. I was wondering to buy rtx4060ti or rtx4070 and after your video I know rtx4060ti is piece of sh*t for the price they are selling it...
ОтветитьI've been torturing an integrated graphics card with davinci for years so frankly any gpu will be an improvement for me haha
ОтветитьI'm using a RTX 2070 Super. Most of the time, when using DaVinci Resolve, the Vram usage is well below 8Gb. I have seen my Vram usage go to 10Gb and 11Gb, and I didn't feel like the editing was horrible. 2 or 3 Gb of shared video memory were used. I'm using a Ryzen 7 5800x with 32Gb of RAM at 3600mHz. I am a noob in video editing. I'm wondering, as I get better, and use more functions, if the RTX 2070 Super will slow me down. Right now, feels like NOT.... but... upgrading is cool 😅
ОтветитьOutstanding video, thank you!
Ответитьive had 0 problems in davinci with my radeon 6950xt.
Ответитьi wish they would have included rtx 3090 numbers and 3080 numbers, incomplete test
Ответить"Even AMD cards are well ahead of this piece of s..t from Nvidia" I proper laughed out loud when you said that 😂 Very interesting video, thanks. I'm thinking about going back to Windows for Resolve, so I'm doing the rounds for information and this video has been very helpful. Cheers, Dave.
ОтветитьI just picked up a used Nvidia Quadro P5000 16gb for just over 250 . How relevant is that video card ?
Ответитьwhy the 3080 is not in the benchmark? Where would you put it? Thanks!
ОтветитьMy 7900 xtx works fine for me in Resolve.
ОтветитьQ .Best GPUs for Video Editing
A. RTX 4080 / RX 6700 with PCIe 4 X 16
Rtx 3060 or rx 6700 xt? I cant seem to find any comparison for editing😢😢😢
ОтветитьThx bro but will the RTX 3060ti be good in Davinci Resolve 16?
ОтветитьCongrats🎉 your channel have qualified for the product review invite. We are unable to find your email. Kindly mention your email so we can share further details.
Thanks
I would like to see the 12gb 3060 Vs 12gb 6790xt - for those on a budget that want to have enough ram for future safeguarding
ОтветитьJust new naming. 4070Ti = 4070, 4070=4060. 4060Ti = 4050 ... Quicker $$$ profit boost for nvidia.
ОтветитьSir please reply
Should I wait for rtx 4060ti 16gb version
Or should I purchase the 3060 ti or 3070 ti this two are cost around 40 - 50,000 in India🇮🇳🇮🇳
Love from India🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

I wonder how 4070 match some of the 4070 ti workload performance consider the latter has 2x 8th Generation NVIDIA Encoder (NVENC) or those workload has nothing to do with encoder at all ??
ОтветитьWhat gains from 4070 to 4070ti. Looks like same cards on these tests.
ОтветитьI would go for a 4090 just for the future-proof, but the budget end for 4070 12GB I wonder... how many years will 12GB cards be useful when the 8GB (for gaming) is becoming less the recommendation. I video edit for work (my work has head office), I have an animation series coming up, and I do like streaming edit my VODs... do I take the plunge and go for 4090 or go for the budget? I'm coming from a 1800x, 1070 Ti
ОтветитьGood video, helps me understand the options available.
But, would you reccomend the 3060 12gb for 4K video editing? I'm strongly considering it, especially for the extra VRAM. Or should I just pay the extra $40 or so for the 3060 ti?
I find your analysis to be spot on. I'm still waiting patiently for the 4080 to drop in price and then I can move on from my trusty 3060ti, but until that time comes, I'm sitting firmly on the wall.
