Shop Pay Installments introduces monthly payment options

Never use shoppay. i used it often and than they offered to pay installments through affrim. My product never showed up. I tried contacting shoppay and affrim. it is impossible to contact them. no contact phone number. after a week I contacted my credit card and stop payment. Now they are harassing me non stop. then they finally gave me a phone number to call and they said i had to continue to pay and it would take up to 90 days to resolve. I told them no since i already contacted my bank and stop payments. They harass me everyday. Any place I buy from now if it shows shoppay i will not buy. Beware of shoppay. Do not use shoppay.

Shop pay installment are on hold what should i do know
