its so funny how childish judges are. my favorite videos are the ones where they have to explain themselves. and then they get censored by the bar😆too good.
my favorite question they ask is, exactly how did this disrupt court proceedings?

Three years free she should be ashamed. If I was that young victims family I would not have listened to her blubbering nothing she could say would make a difference.

The scene with the sovereign “Davy Crockett” Citizen is hilarious. Good on the attorney who helped protect the court. There was some trespassing there Ernie.

The woman that OD'd the young girl should have been in prison for the three years. I can't imagine the parents of the young girl thought the sentences were in any way justice. Both should have been in prison minimum 30 years.

Bruh what happened to innocent until proven guilty? It doesn't matter if he's out on bond. You have to first of all prove it was weed he was rolling, second If you give him a drug test you have to prove that the time of intoxication was during his bond period. Marijuana stays in most smokers systems for up to 4 months. Then on top of all of that you have to prove he smoked it and wasn't in a room with people smoking for example and got a cross high.

Dewitt should not be presenting as a law enforcement officer.
He was not committing a concealed carry violation.
He was initially told he was being detained for open-carry.
That LEA seems just to want the guy in jail.

I am amazed at how many parents enable their children which plays a big role in their demise, there no way my parents would ever come to mind if I mess up and they’re the first one I fear most when I did anything stupid not even at this magnitude of breaking laws. I am also appalled at that prosecutor no shutting the eff up and I am glad he acquitted the lady even if she was guilty. Loved the judge attitude with her. Who do these people think they are, I swear some pursue law just to flex their muscles because without their uniforms or titles they have serious mental health issues which is very scary. And for that I follow the laws to the T and for the perverted teacher I am speechless and embarrassed for her, how insane that is for her family to deal with that embarrassment 🤦🏻‍♀️

The drugs are a cultural problem rooted in structural decay, to demand an individual be resilient against that influence as well as the malicious legislation against the citizen while they have already succumbed to addiction without whole reform is an ignorant thing for the court to expect. Also, shame on anyone who does drugs.
