Here in September 2023 having only just bought it for XB Series X. To think GTA 6 will be a modern day world based on the details and mechanics of RDR2 is hard to get my head around

Tip 13 - Apologizing to a lawman. I have tried to do this maybe 20 times now, I can either surrender and go to jail, or they kill me... I have yet to have this tip working for me

From my experience with the looting saddle bags, if you haven't already, you can't loot the one they fall on, even if you take the time roping and kicking the horse to turn it over. Will try and remember the ears thing from now on so I can avoid getting kicked as much.

For turning in the escapee, has anyone encountered them again? I had one guy I freed, he gave me a tip about the family in the Grizzlies (before I went with Javier to rob them), and later I found the same guy escaping again, but he didn't give me a tip. I read you could loot them for some money but each time I did I only got a penny, so that was some hardly accurate information.

Dead eye will also automatically reload even if you only have one bullet left

I think my horse is GAY! It gets a redrocket whenever i mount it... i have Xbox!?!?

PRO TIP: You get +200xp points by kissing your horsey. Just stand in front of it and quickly tap R2 for PS. For Xbox just ride it off a high mountain! Also if your horsey sees you trying to kiss another horsey you get -200 XP!

Another spot you can sit is on top of the south pedestrian bridge into the city, just climb up on the side rail!

Press back, forward, left, right quickly on the Dpad to access the "Mr Hands" animation with your horse. Allow time to walk it off afterwards though.

I wish I’d have know I can apologise for knocking someone over instead of riding off, killing all the lawmen and racking up a $500 bounty!

Great Tips. One problem for me is that almost every video like this is for Playing on Consoles not on PC like me :(

Tip 50: You meet him in the same situation later and he gives you another tip if you shoot his shackles again. Not sure that happens if you take him to jail.

It doesn't matter if the the not blind guy is faking it. You still get honor for giving him 50 cents. That's the point of giving him the money. If needed or wanted, the honor still makes giving him money worthwhile.

A few other Tips.
You can pat, feed, & brush yours or any horse by standing next to it & bringing up your Weapon/Items/Horse wheel. Same as if you were riding it.

Fishing is made easier by changing your settings to hold to reel. This will allow you to just hold Square on PS or X on Xbox to reel instead of using the left analog stick. When reeling the fish in, you should also push your left analog stick forward & pull it back repeatedly, but doing so by syncing your analog movement to the response time shown on screen.

Use Express Rifle ammo when hunting bigger game like Grizzley Bears, Moose, Elk, & Bison. This will still net you perfect pelts if shot in vitals or head. I've noticed how hunting with Regular Rifle ammo in my Bolt Action would require 2 shots to take down those bigger game, which ruins 3★★★ pelys. So use your scope whenever possible & Express Ammo.

Another alternative is to use Poison Arrows or Poison Throwing Knives for large animals. This is highly effective & can easily result in perfect pelts, but you will lose honor for using those to hunt.

The last one doesn’t work for me, then I come with prisoner sheriff is closed :(

The replay value is the best I have ever gamed . Unbelievable in the epilogue I went back to Mike bells shootout and collected his revolved . Then without spoiling met rainfalls where dialog opens yet again . Fantastic

Im Scottish aswell and i had to double check I thought you said hearse instead of horse the first time while talking about the trapper and not having to take the pelts off, great video though man, some tips i didnt know about

A lot of your tips are obsolete. Rockstar changed so much of the game that most of your tips make no f*cking sense. You might as well speak gibberish.

regular gameplay mechanics are not TIPS...LOL... I'm going to make a Tip video and just say...READ the menus and follow instructions. hahaha. I did learn maybe 4 new things. But...come on. Setting up multiple outfits on your horse is NOT a tip. Its a regular gameplay mechanic. A tip would have been "make sure and carry an outfit for every kind of weather and a robbers outfit that includes a mask. " That way you switch into it before the crime, then switch after. THATS a TIP. Is this a Tip? You can save your game under the Story menu? Hell no. A Tip is something that they don't tell you. Using basic gameplay elements is not a tip, unless you can manipulate it into something different.

im proud that i knew at least 35 of these, but ive completed the story like 7 times so it figures

Also, about changing clothes on the horse, if your clothes are dirty, you can just change your clothes to clean them instead of going all the way ti a bath
