After some more testing, highest option for better results is:
Birate: 18,000,000 average || 18,500,000 Maximum
Two-pass: ON || Deblocking Filter: ON

Hey man so last time I used Vegas was 14, I just purchased 19, Is there any updates that I should do/not do that you recommend in this video (Which has been very helpful In the past). All I use Vegas for Is drum covers, Syncing the original Video/Audio that I'm covering, nothing to crazy. I don't like to render higher than 1080/60FPS just because It's unnecessary In my situation.
