If you look at the first back to the future movie, the scene in the bar where Marty punches Biff, you see that it's actually Eric Stoltz (former actor to perform Marty) who punches Thomas f. Wilson.

If you compare the scene before and during the punch, you'll see that Wilson looks more tired before the punch. It's because the original scene was shot weeks before these reshoots and it shows
