How can i activate the video mode if my Canon 100D is connected in prime focus to my telescope?

I have the EOS 70D and it doesn't have any of these settings other than the 1280 25FPS. There's no HD, Editing or 4K option....it's very basic. Do you have an instruction video for this model camera?

Another question is...if I film welding would the brightness of the arc damage the cameras sensors? Thanks

Ok, I'm ready to pull my thinning hair out....I have the canon SL1......several yrs ago w/ no knowledge, I was able to do short videos by just putting the camera into video mode. NOW, when I try this, I get a 5 sec video...and the video turns off....I keep trying to follow others directions but what had happened over these two yrs, I don't know....I did use BBFocus, and just disabled it thinking that had something to do w/ it.....Can you help. I've formated the SSD card, and its the same one I initially used. Fine for photos.....I've tried other SSD cards w/ the same results....perhaps I should forget video? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the tutorial! Just a WARNING for anyone that wants to edit in Premiere Pro - Don't change your file settings to .MOV...

Premiere Pro doesn't allow .MOV files and you'll need to convert these.
