Hi. I have an urgent question that I'd pay for if you can get it solved. It should be simple for you.

I want to set up a condition that would start a flow. The condition is if ONLY the customer does not reply within certain hours.

If the customer replies. I don't want it to continue sending the flow. How would I set the condition for that?

Can u make something about a customer is in seen mode then there will an auto message to it for a chosen time because it's not sending a message

Hey Ian, I'm curious as to how you placed your Subscribe Box Form in front of the webpage that opens to all your freebies (videos and cheat-cheats)? I'd really like to create something like this. Thanks! (Well actually, I thought about it. I do know how to do that, but I was always concerned about the page itself. Did you make it private? How can you be sure a person won't access the page without subscribing? Or is that even a concern? Thanks again!

Hi Ian, great video! I'm actually having the same issue that you mentioned above with Calendly- when I go to test the flow and click to go into calendly but do not actually schedule, it still send me the confirmation block that I set up... even though there is no appointment to confirm.


Have there been any 2019 updates on Calendly's end in order to let us know that an appointment wasn't actually set in this case?

So what if I include an insert card in my packaging with a "password" that they type into messenger in order to get a discount code?

How would I set it up so that if they enter the correct code they receive a confirmation message or if it's incorrect it says so?
