It is a bit like the game Bullseye, this is how you could have survived or indeed this is how you could help yourself with calcifediol if you could buy it in the U.K.? However, we cannot! We seem to get the short straw in the U.K. with everything! 😢

According to ChatGPT, calcifediol is available as a supplement in the UK under the product name VitamoreD. I suppose if it’s available to farmers and supplements are regulated differently, this makes sense. Please correct me if your findings differ. I don’t want to detract from this excellent video, but facts are facts

You are probably not going to read this Dr. Campbell, but I was getting sick very often. I was taking Vitamin D3 but it didn't work for me because of my obesity. So I asked my doctor if I could take Calcifediol because I read that it metabolizes on the kidneys and not the liver. Even though it costs 25 dollars per capsule, I bought it and I haven't been sick since I started taking it. It is because of you that I learned about Calcifediol, so I just wanted to say thank you for helping us to improve our health.

I’ve heard you need to take K2, or make sure your diet is rich in it, along with D, to get the D where you want it to go.

I'm terrible at science, but I'm intelligent. I frequently question the intelligence of people who design these studies. Because I often read ones that were clearly ill-designed, using poor reasoning, and full of data trickery (ie: biased cherry-picking of which studies to exclude in meta-analyses).

For example:

I can't trust studies that don't consider the body "whole-istically."

I can't trust studies that use preposterously low amounts of Vitamin D (or other substance) and then says, "Doesn't work!"

And I can't trust studies that don't differentiate between the two types of Vitamin B9: folic acid (artificial) and folate (natural)... Especially when they conflate the two, not making it clear which version of Vitamin B9 they used, because they use the terms interchangeably in the literature, as if they're equivalent. (They're not!)

If I looked at that first study of Vitamin D that said, "Doesn't work!" I might not have noticed its fundamental flaw. Because I'm not a medical or scientific researcher. But I hope I would've thought, "Wait a minute! All vitamins and minerals take time to work!"

Surely several "experts" besides Dr. Grimes should have noticed this trickery and pointed out the naked emperor?! Surely someone besides Dr. Grimes knew there was a fast-acting version of Vitamin D? Surely someone should have suggested THIS is the version of Vitamin D that should've been included in the study? Surely Dr. Grimes isn't the only medical professional/researcher in possession of this knowledge?

The incompetece and trickery displayed by these medical agencies is astounding and frankly despicable!

In asking my pharmacy for Calcifediol, this is their reply "Colecalciferol is Vitamin D3. For patients with renal failure, often they’re given the forms where position 1 and/or 25 are already hydroxylated eg. alfacalcidol, calcitiol, etc. however, if that’s what you required, you will need to speak with the renal clinic. Many thanks. " What do you think of that reply John please? Bless you this Christmas.

If you’re not sure about vitamin D, consider the motivation of a Nice, excellent clinic which declines to engage. As an invisible hand of a financial layer of control, the economic model requires a solution to longevity problems, their final solution requires the use of a shadow under a magician’s veil. Many other economic levers in use . Beware🐥

I recently had an operation to remove a malign growth on my oesophagus but my blood count showed a lower platelet count than the normal 150. The head of the oncology dept suggested that taking high vitamin D3 levels caused this platelet count. The NHS recommended intake is 600 units per day. I took between 4K and 8k levels of D3 + Kt2 during all eras of the covid pandemics. I worked all the way through and even worked with people suffering with covid. I never caught it. My haematologist suggested the effect of taking D3 was insignificant. What is the right level to take? My platelet last count was 40.

Neither Calcifediol nor Calcitriol are available OTC in California as far as I can tell. We have family friend with a severe D-resistant UTI. His D level was 21 in July of 24. It's likely lower now. I am desperate to get him help, but alas I doubt that the hospital will cooperate. If I manage to get ahold of his doctor tomorrow I'll do my best to get the help that he needs.

Wish us luck please. 🍀

Peace, Love, Health, and Freedom, to all who are fortunate enough to strive for these goals. 🙏

Something doesn't add up. 25mcg of cholecaliferol is 1000iu, but I have just obtained a packet of calcifediol in the UK and on the packet it says "10mcg is equivalent to 2000iu". Is calcifediol "stronger" than cholecaliferol?

Love his advocacy!
Only thing of correctivness that needs to be attended to is that he always says that 7dehydrocholesterol is an oil on the skin, that the skin produces, and can get washed off is physiologically incorrect, and the source is based as a UK publication, without the accuracy of its content.

7dehydrocholesterol is found in the cholesterol synthesis pathway specifically in the KR pathway, it is a precursor to cholesterol, found in many cells, but only in the epidermal layer where there is exposure to the suns UVB+heat can that specific cholesterol precursor molecule be potentially converted mechanically (no enzyme required) to cholecalciferol vitamin D3, it is not a substance secreted on the skin, nor is vitamin D3 washed off.
The synthesis of 7dehydrocholesterol to cholecalciferol takes place in the lower layers of the epidermal cell, it is internal, and from there it can be diffused into the very small capillary bed into the lymph, found close to the epidermal layer, but contained in the dermis.

The other wording, concept that needs to be addressed for better clarity is the "active form of vitamin D" usage,
when speaking colloquially, active/activate takes on a different meaning than the academic version, in short cholecalciferol undergoes a molecular change induced by enzymes into its further metabolites, the active hormone called calcitriol 1,25OH2D3 is "active", in contrast, the calcidiol (calcifediol) 25OHD3 technically has been activated into that form by an enzymatic molecular configural change, but it itself is not active.

Cholecalciferol vitamin D3: pre-prohormone
Calcifediol (calcidiol) 25OHD3: prohormone
Calcitriol 1,25OH2D3: active hormone
