I have a theory about the pesetas. You said the peseta was replaced by the euro in Spain in 1999. But perhaps Sadler uses it as currency around this whole area, as it had been demonetized. Keep it local. He controls an entire village, castle and island of ganados and others. Surely he has other means to get currency used in the real world for their needs. Just my thought. But I do understand. Just throwing my tight out there.

A big part of these sins are things the game is commended for, in the EWW of the remake.

An Example- the fact an American was sent to a Spanish speaking country w/ 0 Spanish fluency; this was changed in the remake, this channel said it went against the original campy intentions set by the game, and counted it as a sin.

Put simply, Leon is sent alone because they don't know who they can trust after they were breached(Krauzer) and the location Leon was sent was only a rumor.

This game is a certified hood classic scared me when I was a kid when I saw Dr.Salvador cut off Leon’s head I nearly shat my pants. As the years went by I’ve played this game more than 50 plus times and now the remake is out I can play that more just like the original.

Resident Evil 4 is me 2nd favorite game of all time. The batshit over-the-top insanity and plot holes of the story, the cheesiness of the dialogue, the awkwardness and annoyance of Ashley, are all so stupid and absurd, yet somehow comes together to form one of the best overall pieces of entertainment I have ever experienced. And I've experienced it like 45 times over the years. The remake wansn't half bad either, and is different enough now I have TWO classics to replay.
