The only reason I'm still here is family. I have one parent left. This state sucks and it wasn't like this and Democrats ruined it.
ОтветитьThe crime rate is high, and the local authorities don't seem to care. They also have a lot of stupid laws, and it costs an arm and a leg to live in California. It's a beautiful state, but I would not like to live there.
ОтветитьI live in California and will stay here. The weather is always beautiful. I have my home and family here. It is expensive but that is why you budget your expenses. You have to be active to make your planet, country, state, city and neighborhood safe and beautiful. Is what you make of your place where you live that matters.
ОтветитьId have to live in an RV in California
ОтветитьIt won't be a famine of water or bread it'll be a seeking the lord and you won't find him you go to and fro seeking the lord and you won't find him.
ОтветитьDon't come to Red states they don't want your Idiology.
ОтветитьIn the 1960s, and I think the '70s college was free for California residents, not only the community colleges, but the state universities as well, including the University of California. That didn't seem to hurt the state back then.
Did you move to Nebraska?
Left in 2016 after several visions of walls of fire.
ОтветитьTraffic honestly is so bad and ruins your day.. no one seems to care about anyone self absorbed, vain, egotistical toxic!!
ОтветитьThe weather really is great. But epically after 2020 the vibe is just very strange. I moved after 20 years in L.A.
ОтветитьMoving out of CA and moving to Dallas Texas?
ОтветитьDamm. This made me realise NCR was the true villain of this rigged game...
ОтветитьCalifornia is not going to go under. It is not collapsing; it is sagging. It will not be the last or lowest state in the country. But, the bloom is definitely off the rose. And, it is turning into a barbell economy with a large low income population; a hollowed out middle class; and a rich upper class. California will be an absolute and relative loser in the process of de-globalization. California was a big winner as globalization and Pacific Rim trade blossomed. The US and China are decoupling and North South trade is growing to the benefit of Texas, Florida and other Southern states. Sadly, while some of its issues are secular trends; other problems are absolutely self inflicted by state and local policies. A large share of the homeless population are from out of state. Weather and an overly permissive drug policy has helped grow this population. The crime problem is growing. Once again by state policy decriminalizing drug use and a plethora of crimes that were felonies and now misdemeanors or basically citations. However, the biggest challenge is the Democratic Party, dominated by its left wing, control of the State and large cities with their going down the DEI rabbit hole. As much as I like California, if I was younger or did not have family here I would seriously consider moving. And, would also advise young people who wish to live a more traditional life to look for a different state. California has pushed the trans agenda to such a point that the State actually took a child from their parent and helped her transition. This ended with the young person throwing themself in front of train. Also, there is a transient nature to California. A lot of people have businesses here with their homes in another state.
ОтветитьWe are not leaving California we are spreading Ca across the nation
ОтветитьMeanwhile in reality in the last 3 years we went from the 7th to the 5th largest economy on the planet . Mic drop
ОтветитьI left in 2018 I'll never go back
ОтветитьStay where you are. You're not welcome here.
ОтветитьI live in the Central Coast away from the Bay and LA we good 👍🏻
ОтветитьAll of the fake talk about California's decline..... California outperforms the nation and almost every metric. The red states are the biggest recipients of federal welfare and have the lowest quality of living, most ignorant population, lower life expectancy, higher illiteracy..... But please go ahead and move to Oklahoma. Jesus lives there and wants to save you. California is not collapsing. Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Arkansas.... Those states might be collapsing but California is not. Please leave California.
ОтветитьPlease leave California. Oklahoma awaits. Get out of here... That will help alleviate traffic, overcrowding and high cost of living. Please leave California immediately and move to Oklahoma where you can enjoy everything it has to offer.
ОтветитьThey are leaving because the criminals have more rights than the victims..and the same is true for every democrat run state and cities..all these states are screwed up
ОтветитьCriminals and Sexual Deviants Love Democrat Politicians for obvious reasons
ОтветитьYou would never know anyone left. Everyone still wants to live here. Yes. Please move somewhere else.
ОтветитьKeep on leaving. More room for me.
ОтветитьI evacuated in 2015 and never looked back and glad I did because the cost of living and constant rule changes were very stressful with warnings to all home owners if you failed to properly follow climate change requirements in your recycling or trash using the wrong receptacle was impossible to maintain for most of us. A fine would be levied and the constant drought restrictions were terrible. Now I would not move back even if I was given a free house to live in. I hope to never experience such stress again.
ОтветитьI feel that many of the people that “need” to live in CA constantly need to be entertained.
ОтветитьThe problems in California, also exist in major cities in the Southeast and Texas. Most of which are already Democrat-run.
I left Colorado and moved to South Carolina in ‘99. Not a day goes by, that I don’t regret that decision, in regards to quality of life.
The South isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Drugs, homeless, crime, poverty, illegals, high cost of living, an entrenched plantation mentality, and soulless suburban sprawl. We got it all right here, to one degree or another, plus horrible weather most of the year, as well as fleas, ticks, & mosquitoes in abundance.
Give it back to Mexico
ОтветитьIt is sad to see how bad California has gotten. Despite how bad it has gotten, there are worse states. Where California has ranked (compared to the other 49 states) is actually in the middle of the road. I left California in 2020, and moved to Northern Nevada. The only upsides Cali has are weather, scenery, theme parks, wineries, and job opportunity (granted it can be very competitive). I'm very conservative but having lived in Nevada, I'm not all that impressed with it either. I feel 50/50 about Nevada. For me, the biggest gripe is job opportunity, and pay grade suck in Nevada. I knew what risks I was going to take when I moved but I do enjoy having a lot more freedom, and being a gun collector here. However, I may consider moving back to California to find better work. I'd love to try Boise, or Salt Lake City but (owning a hot air balloon) there isn't much open space to fly there. Plus, I don't have any family or friends in those areas. I miss California. It is my home. I grew up in South Lake Tahoe but I always loved Lincoln, and Sonoma areas the best. Plus, I did a price comparison between homes in Lincoln, California and where I live. I found the prices are not that much different anymore. I found some nice homes there almost as big as mine for the same price (if not, less). One more point is I even did a comparison on gun laws between Nevada and California. California of course ranked 1st for most strict, but Nevada ranked 18th. Nevada ain't that much better.
ОтветитьCalifornia republic ❤
ОтветитьTerrible places are alway the the most expensive. With market capitalism people are willing to pay the most for awful places to live and that drives up the cost of housing in the places that are the most undesirable. People are not willing to pay a lot to live in great places, that is why they are so cheap. Thank you this lesson you genius!
ОтветитьAnyone who inherited their parents house could make out like a bandit by selling. You could sell the house for a million dollars in California then buy a house in the Midwest for 200k and you could bank 800k
ОтветитьWhen a small house is over a million dollars its unaffordable
ОтветитьNewsom is the greatest U-Haul salesman in history! I FLED from him 2 years ago and could not be happier where I am now.
I do miss California itself, though. Living near the Ocean was awesome in my youth. Many great memories.... It was once the American Dream.
Ok but Google isn’t leaving California
ОтветитьNO KIDDING about Las Vegas becoming California.. My wife and I moved from San Diego to Las Vegas back in 1994 due MUCH cheaper housing, where we bought a nice 3br 2bath 2 car garage for $86K and a like house in a crappy area in Chula Vista, and a fixer was $275K. Now the house is rated by Zillow at $375K. Due to us taking out some equity to upgrade to solar, we're still paying on it, with a $675/mo payment. You cannot get ANYTHING in Las Vegas for that monthly payment. Even a studio apartment is around $1000/mo, per a friend who owns several apartment building..
Ответить6 million left but all the illegals are being sent here and are on the state payroll
ОтветитьI hope all the bad people move out don’t come back lol
ОтветитьCalifornia scenery is breathtaking compared to Texas. That alone is enough for anyone to live in California.
ОтветитьSo how do you think THE GOVERNMENT could get everyone all along the west coast to pack up and evacuate at their own leisurely pace before a major earthquake followed by a tsunami without destroying the economey and putting everyone into a panic ? OH !!! TOTTAL BREAKDOWN OF GOVERNMENT UP AND DOWN THE WEST COAST !!!! That's a great idea !!! Maybe , just maybe ,,,, it seems to be working ! Stupid as all those remaining idiots are .
ОтветитьCalifornia is sick, and should be quarantined from the rest of the country. When I moved their in 1980, it was a paradise. Now it's an overcrowded, overpriced, and over-rated shíthólé. After 40 years there, I left. Best decision of my life.
ОтветитьPlease don't move to Florida! We are full! LOL
ОтветитьCalifornia weather is alright, I lived in SD, OC, and Riverside. I wouldn’t say the weather is the greatest SD is humid as hell, OC is humid, and Riverside is just hot as hell in the summer. The only reason why I thought of staying was living in the IE because of the people and it’s close to SD and LA and OC. And my mom and siblings live there. But honestly people need to realize that what is California doing for them and is it even worth living there. Especially if you don’t already own a home. Basically working to pay rent there. Glad I left.
ОтветитьYeah I recently moved in September, only because I knew job opprutunities were not there for new grad RT. Moved to Kentucky and let me tell you there are jobs everywhere here, you have a chance to actually buy a home here, traffic isn’t bad. And people are great, gas is cheap, and life is more relaxing here I don’t feel stressed here.
ОтветитьI left to South Carolina.
Love it here !!!!!
As for people moving from CA to FL they are called RETIREES
Only Blue States have high returns on homes.
Ig: 3 bedroom house in West Hollywood purchased in 1984 for $84,000 is now worth $1.27 Million.
The retiree can sell their home and retire to Florida in a $200,000 condo and live off their investment.
The same 3 bedroom house in Florida back in 1984 would have cost $27,000 and have a 2023 value of $240,000.
Red state homes are poor investments.
That is why relocation traffic is one way.
Palmdale native here - we are indeed completely out of water. We rely on an aqueduct.
ОтветитьCalfifornia
Scannat. It so hot.
Please keep going GTFO. California is 100 times the state of any other state. It's not even close. It has problems...no doubt. But everywhere else is average
