Well I'm a week in and I got a cortisone shot on my left hip all I have to do is my right hip 😢but my doctor only touched my hip to give me the shot shouldn't he was supposed to use a ultrasound to guide him to the spot I'm still in pain not so much my hip now mostly down my leg and my knee I've had past injury to that knee too I just don't get why I haven't felt relief how long does cortisone take to work?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to get this in multiple areas at same time? I have popping, pinging sensation in my hip, with extreme lower back pain.
