hey so world server just crash when i launch it what do i do

my world server crashed and now it wont stay open when i click on it

Loving this, almost through following every step perfectly. Got to starting worldserver.exe and it just says...
Using configuration file D:/Ac-Web Repack V-0.8 64bit/Core/worldserver.conf.
Using SSL version: OpenSSL 1.0.2k 26 Jan 2017 (library: OpenSSL 1.0.2a 19 Mar 2015)
Using Boost version: 1.59.0
...then it exits. Cant seem to get past this. Any thoughts?
Am using a 13900k Windows 11 22H2

Would this work on a Linux VM? Also how much system resources will this take if I did plan on running this in a VM instance?

Wouldnt it be safer to assign an ip address to your computer through ypur modem instead of setting up a static IP?

Would this also work with a TBC client, or do you need other tools for that?

hi, ii just follow your fantastic guide but the worldserver.exe crash every time i try to open it, also with the cmd in administrator mode. im using a Windows 11 pc, it can be the cause of this issue?

How do I make it so that I don't have to look over my IPs and such, and to just play single player. I downloaded the client, and I just want to play it on my ip singleplayer offline. How do I do that without having to look over my Internet ips and such, cause it's family internet and I don't want to mess something up.

hello! i've already set up my wow private server and now working up to sharing it with my family! this guide is so clear, but i have silly question, do they only need to download the client with my settings and in no need to connect to my wifi or do they have to connect to my wifi?

So, simple (I assume) question, but if I were to attempt hosting a server without setting up a static IP address, do you know all of the different settings I would have to change every time the IP updated? Like, what programs would I have to change each time, or even what computer files would I have to change each time? I was just wondering how much work it would entail if I were to commit running a server for me and friends. Thanks.

I followed your instructions and got my server running. I am not able to get other players to connect to my server however. I set the realmlist on their computer to my no-ip host name. What do I need to do? They only have the client running on their computer, dop they need anything else?

I have this strange bug where the player's shows are for some reason shaped to their toes. So you can see each individual toe instead of it being the normal shoe mesh. Anyone else see that?
