Learn before you teach sir. You start out with your hand resting on the paper drawing with your wrist!!! Ugh. when you draw the horizontal line your hand is floating above the paper and the line is much straighter!!!!!
ОтветитьI never expected how straight lines would be graded in architecture school. I'm at my lowest skill right now 'cause my hands are shaky no matter what I do TT.
ОтветитьI got it on my first try HAHAHAHA❤
ОтветитьYou are clown, your lines is not even straight at all LOL. USE YOUR FVCKING SHOULDER DUDE
Ответитьme not even able to draw the crosses straight
ОтветитьBro are you serious? Your lines are awful
ОтветитьThank you for the video! What about everyone telling that to draw the straight line you need to draw from shoulder and not from the wrist?
ОтветитьI like to pull my pencil if possible from L to R and I always look behind the pencil after I start. But I'm a House Painter that used to suck at drawing but now I'm not too bad just cause of Painting straight lines...
ОтветитьI think we have a different understanding of "straight line" definition 😬 but looking at end point definitely helps
ОтветитьI am not an Architect student I am in highschool I just want to know how to draw straight lines so I can make my maths homework look at least half-decent
ОтветитьI’m a design student that comes from an art background of drawing tons of organic shapes–people, animals, trees, landscapes–and I always struggled so hard with the technical drawings because my lines always default to curves. I would use digital art in my big projects so I had the ruler and line thickness tools and could compensate for my shoddy linework with tons of rendering, but during classes where we did architectural pencil drawings I always felt like I was the worst one in the room. I’m doing industrial design in uni next year so hopefully I won’t be suffering like I would in interior or architectural design, but I still definitely need to improve my straight lines if I want to have clean, crisp drawings.
ОтветитьThank you when Ever I draw I look at the pen or pencil I normally draw in pen but thank you for this tutorial
ОтветитьCan you also show us how to draw a circle?
ОтветитьI learned where to put my eyes. Thank you!
ОтветитьAwesome trick! Thank you so much!

Ответитьwow ..., so cool! - I am no architect, but MY straight freehand lines are actually a lot cleaner and not wobly at all.
ОтветитьIt works! I actually draw very straight lines! I can’t believe what a difference, blows my mind! I used to follow the line and they were horrible:)) amazing 🤩 thanks for the tip and video !!

ОтветитьThis kind of thing looks stupid but really helps a lot to improve your drawings. thanks for the video.
ОтветитьIt's very helpful! Thank you!
ОтветитьWho eles is here when they know how to draw a straight line
Ответитьthose are some pretty bad lines. You should connect from dot to dot
ОтветитьThank you so fucking much! I feel so vindicated. This is way better and easier than ghosting lines which a number of art channels seem to insist on. Its much more natural for me do this and my lines are smoother too. I have way to go, but this will help heaps.
ОтветитьWHAT THE HECK I WAS ECPECTING FOR IT TO HELP A LITTLE BIT BUT JUST LOOKING AT THE END POINT HELPED WHAT THE HECK THAN YOU SO MUCH
Ответитьthank you for teaching this.
ОтветитьWow, the tip on looking at the target point worked right away. I never drawn a straight line before, but now it became straight as with a ruler. Great tip!. This will go into my daily practise from now.
ОтветитьRound lines on home page under. The. Aps
ОтветитьRound lines
ОтветитьIt works! Thank you! :)
Ответитьthanks, it helps me a lot! it easier when u don't look at your hand
ОтветитьThe fundamental method that is being recommended is a good one, concentrating on the destination point is a good way to learn to draw a straight line, but as others have noted, the direction that you move your pen should be comfortable to you, move the paper or yourself accordingly to align your best stroke with the intended line direction. Pulling down usually works best or across according to your dominant hand. Practice practice practice.......😀
ОтветитьThx but I still need to know how to do the math
Ответитьlol, most beginners who have zero technique can draw a straighter line.
ОтветитьYou call those lines straight? You look like you got parkinson's disease.
ОтветитьVery nice bro
Ответитьlol ez
Ответитьdamn it works!! i love it!
ОтветитьWow nice trick😘😘😘
