ОтветитьI've started using four little beetroots cut up, with a dressing of 2 tbspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil cold pressed, eat as a beet salad. It's really nice.

My legs feel very weak. I don't have strength to get up from toilet seat. They ache badly all the time, more so at night. A spot at the left inner knee has sharp pain too.
I am 54. Female. I do not exercise or go for a walk. Could this be the reason of my leg pain?
MRI showed meniscus tear, excess synovial fluid and cartilage thinning. Early osteoarthiritis.

ОтветитьThanks Dr Madel, I made the other health drink, which was chai seeds, lemon, cinnamon, and water. Not only does it taste nice, i feel generally more healthy. Just making a list for the beetroot health drink now for healthy circulation and I do pass onto family members...Thank you again Dr. Mandel for sharing all the amazing information that GP,s and hospital Doctors dont know about. I have always preferred to use natural products to chemicals. The chemical meds can come with side effects and GPs prescribe another drug to counteract the side effects etc and I'm sure you know this already...I prefer to down the natural root. Always worked for me...Thank you from the bottom of my hear Dr. Mandell. I love reading all your clips....

Injury that’s not been taken care of . They have burned nerves in her back dosed her with pain meds and said take it easy. She is get purple toes now . She has been tested for diabetes , and is clear of that . I was thinking would this with Cordsyps mushrooms

I have been blending an entire lemon, 1 tablespoon of beet powder, 1capful of Apple cider vinegar with the mother, and 12 ounce of body armor lyte, which is an electrolyte with Stevia sweetner. It makes me 2- 8oz servings. I drink one first thing in the morning and the 2nd serving before bedtime. The heaviness and tightness in my ankles, feet, and thighs have lessened, and I dropped 10 lbs. I'm only 2 weeks in, but I can see and feel the difference in my legs and waistline. Also, I've been taking K2 with Vit D3 with pure way Vitamin C.
