Photoshop 2020 problems and solutions. Missing and broken things fixed!

Hi,
I have a problem with my brush stroke..
For example, I have 1 brush that strokes strong and smooth line that i've used it for a years.
But now it only strokes like 50% opacity and if i press it harder it only got bigger instead if 100% stroke.
This problem affected all my brushes and it really frustating.
I've tried to solve it from internet tips.
Still didn't work.
My photoshop is PS2020 on W10

How can I stop Photoshop from doing that? What setting can I check or uncheck so Photoshop does NOT repeat previous actions? It drives me mad. Please help - anyone…

Not able to see picture package option in file automate

Hi there. Thanks for your supports. I upgraded my iMac retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015 to OS Big Sur and had a problem with the layer tab in photoshop 2018 as it scrolls up and down when hovering over. I installed photoshop to 2020 side by side and found out that some keyboard shortcuts are changed which I don't really know why from what I was accustomed with. Any help specially on the layer tab issue from scrolling and difficult to go to? Thanks in advance.

I have a problem: the top menu bar is invisible, and when I create a new file, the "project" is bugged. Please help! (I have photoshop 2021, because I can see the new logo. I use Window).

Why is it our job to “fix” their horrible product? In what other context would it be acceptable to fix something you’re paying money for ? I have been dealing with a million glitches on PS2020. They just can’t leave it alone ... it was perfect before They’re ruined it.

Any idea why i get errors now in a lot of my old actions, mainly the pattern is not available when it hits that stage of the action even though ive reloaded the supplied patterns into photoshop for that specific action

When I pull in images from Photo Mechanic. If one images is already open in PS CC, then if I open a second images. I loose the PS CC window/toolbar. I have to click on the PS icon or tab back and forward. The open application is PS but I can do edits but all I see is images from Photo Mechanic. Any suggestions how to fix this?

My Problem was that I just opened photoshop today, and my brushes disappeared and only default ones were left, I actually had all the brushes like manually assorted, and made accessible by the way I used them while drawing, is there a way to fix this?

Hi Colin, I have Photoshop CC 2020 and I have been doing projects on it for a couple of months with no problems. I have been doing several projects at once and now my cursor is all just dots in a circle and it's unresponsive no matter what I do. I have open and closed it several times but it always comes back the same. Could it be possible that it's jammed due to having to many projects on the go at the same time. It's just like it's frozen. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Rob.

I'm using the current version of Photoshop CC. I'm having a problem typing on a circle using the Eliptical Marquee Tool, I've selected Paths from the Main Menu, and this then goes to Paths palette instead of Options Bar. How can I resolve this so that I can type on the circle?

A friend is having a weird issue that I can't figure out. He's using Photoshop 2021and he can't add a Puppet Warp to a Smart Object using an action. It works perfectly fine when doing it manually. But if you record it and then try to play it back it'll show a Puppet Warp step in the history panel but it won't have been added as a Smart Filter to the Smart Object. Any ideas? I'm still using CC 2015 and this works fine.

PS 2020 is a piece of SH*T. Ive been using PS for over a decade. This thing is an embarrassment. multiple icons/tools are selected /pressed down at once, glitches left and right. When im using my paint brush to, y know, paint, it suddenly turns my brush to the zoom/magnify brush..just because. If they dont stopk they will make this thing as useless as MS Word.

My photoshop became unusable all of a sudden. it lags a lot, even when working on a new document. For example when I use a tool, i.e: the marquee tool or the brush tool, the actual stroke or selection trails behind my cursor. My pc is really good, i have a 10th gen i7 processor, 32 gigs of ram, a gtx 3070, and most importantly, i had been using Ps without any troubles and this started suddenly.

I have this issue where the images I load says something like "The RGB document 'File' has a file format that does not support embedded color profiles."

But it doesn't matter which option I choose from, the image itself always looks saturated. So far I haven't found a way to fix it.

Hi Colin: This was a very interesting video. Thanks for creating and sharing. I am a member of a camera club and one member has raised the following issue with PS;

". . . The keyboard command Ctrl+Opt usually allows us to see a visual presentation of our selected brush, usually in red colour. Moving the mouse up, down, left, and right gives a visual indication of the changes. Apparently in the latest version of Photoshop, this is no longer possible. Instead, we now see a tiny black field against a huge white background. The field shows (in tiny, nearly unreadable text) the numbers for size, and hardness . . . "

I was wondering if you have come across this before or could provide a solution. I should mention that I am not experiencing this issue myself but I can't figure out what needs to be changed to correct this issue. Thanks, Keith

Anyone had problem with the file size? i have a banner 200x200px. i saved it and it showed 1.08GB. After i merged all layers, still at 150MB. I'm like wtf @@ It drive me crazy since i had about 20 banners like that each week.

Could you please show how to create a color profile with photoshop , i tried the old video from 2018 , but the button to create a new color profile on camera raw is no longer available, i could only get to the part where you exported the lut.

Hello my name is Edward I watch a lot of your videos, I have just got ph 2021 it was working fine how ever when I go to save a file it says file is blocked, how ever the only way I can get it to work now is click on the photoshop icon ctrl-alt=shift and every thing works ok, how ever when I come back to photoshop it will not save the files again so have to leave photoshop and ctrl-alt-shift to get it to save files again a bit of a pain may be you may be able to help? tried turning of the firewall but as not done the trick any help Colin would be appreciated kindest regards
