Hewwo Timmy. The reason the game never asks you if you enjoyed your match after a win is because it already knows your answer based on the game. The entire point of asking players if they enjoyed it is because it's not sure enough what the answer would be, and it needs more data to train itself on.

I would imagine that the bot is used to change things on Respawn's end to maximise enjoyment, or perhaps to intentionally provide a cycle of good experiences followed by bad experiences.
