Very small accident but the law suit is for personal injury after 1.11 years after accident . And the Insurance coverage is just state minimum ,
Currently my company Insurance lawyer is handling the case

Kinda corny but informative

I'm buying from a seller who will stay at the property that is now mine for an extra 3 months under a lease agreement where they are to pay my mortgage for those 3 months. How should I handle this. We are closing on June 30th. Should I ask them to sign the lease agreement and pay up front for those 3 months for me to have piece of mind? How does that work? Thanks in advance for all your content. It's truly invaluable.

attractive staff, nice decor, a drink, and snacks are not relevant to the actual signing, which includes all kinds rules for your future if you will lose the house, or if there is a problem with a title/deed to the house that happens to be in a clever little exclusion on the title insurance policy; i'd be worried that the deed is written correctly and to know any things that might happen that I should look out for. funny how he did not mention the contents of the documents signed typically and what to look out for.

What forms of ID if you do not have a passport? Less than $10k, does it have to be cashier’s check? Can it be personal check or cash? Not very clear.
