Great content, I have a question: If I have a R410 with 1 CPU only(E5506) what would be the max RAM I could put in it, can I use for example 4x 16GB RDIMM??, I'm finding this topic very confusing by reading the manuals, thanks in advance

Man I don’t even know what to to anymore! I have the II Version so it runs 2xIntel Xeon E5649 and I have all of the 16GB sticks and every unit is tested!
If I leave all slots filled with identical 16GB sticks bios disables B1 and b4.

The ONLY way I can get it to work is to put in 2x2Gb sticks for one of the worst mem channels,….
