ОтветитьI don't get it - cut out the carbs entirely for 2 weeks and maximise the weight loss. Why bother with the carby potato and fructose loaded fruit!?

I started 112kg and now 109 on my third day. I have actually been eating about 5 eggs and 3/4 slices of cheesecake lol. Green tea with honey and lemon. Water and a late with no sugar. Not the best but it is working lol. I will do straight eggs after tomorrow. I want to be around 70kg and maintain that weight.

I ate no breakfast or lunch only ealry dinner at 5pm..and lots of water in the day..no junk food no sugar ...lost one stone in a month

ОтветитьStarting tomorrow with husband, will keep you all posted. Planning on doing 10000 step a day for exercise. Starting weight around 73.5kg, 172 cm- Update: 5 days later, I weighed 70.9 kg this morning, a weightloss of 2.2 kg in 5 days. Will keep updating as I'm planning on doing the whole 2 weeks. Update: Today is day 13 of the diet. I weight in at 69.8 kg this morning after 12 days. My weightloss plateaued a little bit after adding honey and soya sauce to chicken and vegetable in the evening and shallow fry the vegetables ( day 7). I don't know whether it caused hormonal fluctuation or water retention but I stopped losing weight for 3 days following the stir-fried meal. I have also had one or two dates a day with coffee. I couldn't give that up. I cheated once or twice with a piece of bread and tiny amount of cheese other than that, I have followed the diet to the T. I have walked at least 10k step almost everyday. I have had two days of to rest my legs. Looking forward to finishing the diet in two days. I have noticed a big difference in my torso, lost inches around my abdomen and love-handles. My husband has lost 4.3 kg so far. We are planning on continuing after a short break to reach goal. Mine is 62kg.

ОтветитьI done it in dec 2019 for 2 month i loose 14 kg and now in aug2023 i gain weight again im now 107 kg, i will try it again. Thanks tean bright side😊

ОтветитьI really don’t like hard boiled eggs because of the yolk. So instead I’m going to try it scrambled. Hopefully I get decent results. Anyone try an alternative way to making the eggs rather than hard boiled and still had success with significant weight loss results?

LUNCH- mashed sweet potato with little bit of heavy cream, slices of chicken, prawns and salad(three types of lettuce, betroot, cucumber and tomato)
DINNER: carrots and leftover from lunch
Drank 6 glasses of water

BREAKFAST: one egg, baked beans and half a grapefruit
One hour dance class
LUNCH : same as saturday
DINNER : pineapple slices and a slice of walnut cake

BREAKFAST: spinach, 2 eggs, drizzled honey and an orange
