Sharing my experience: its been about a month, less or more, can't Say exactly because I don't pay much attention to those things.
I leave the rice in water for a day and use that water. I have clearer skin, softer and wow really notice the glow! I see very noticiable results! My skin used to be dry, dull, and pigmentation! I'm going to do it for two months more. I use it as toner 2 times per day

is it suitable for people with oily skin

I hv a doubt can we soak it for an hour then "grind it" and then strain I hv done this my rice water is milky white not transparent... Is it good to use like this ..i want the ans plss

Here after using it for 1 week and literally my dark spot are getting lighter. Any chemical product cannot show such faster result as this method has shown.

Day 1- Doesn't seem much difference!

Everyone should try this! My boyfriend only wash his face when he takes a shower and absolutely hate every skincare I put on his face. BUT I try this before bed with him and he’s okay with it bc it just a water and after woke up he said that he feels that his face moisturized! I absolutely shock bc even I put moisturizer on him he never say anything 🤣 We’re really happy with this! I feel that my face brighten and not dry/oily. My bf who not notice anything also said that he feel that his face better and ask me to spray together everyday!

PLEASE READ!!!!!: normally in my family when we make rice we wash it first. i didnt realize that the translucent looking water was used as skincare and just poured it into the drain. know i know you could just keep it as a spray. !!!!washing your rice before you cook it helps wash off the excess starch and the oxidized rice bran oil, which adds a strange flavor to the cooked rice. you can also easily get rice water without going out of your way to make rice water specifically.!!!!

honestly my skin was very clean and without any pimple but I used rice water on my face and after 2 days I had pimples all over my face i watched a rice water making tutorial in that video they used rose water and vitamin E serum in the rice water I made it and used it now I am regretting
