What a pity that a mistake took place at the right time

The audacity and tenacity of the young advocate had a mesmerizing affect on judge.

Personally I had to re-watch it a few times to get what the advocate was saying. If only his logic took a simpler path. It's not a sin on the advocate's part but it highlights the spectrum of people a judge has to sit through.

SAD PART OF LEGAL SYSTEM IN INDIA IF YOU PISS OFF JUDGE BY BEING PREPARED TO SHATTER HIS ARROGANCE, THE JUDGE THEN WAITS FOR A TYPING MISTAKE AND SAYS CORRECT THIS AND THEN WE WILL SEE RATHER THAN DECIDING AND APPRECIATING THE EFFORTS OF YOUNG ADVOCATE. EGO IS BIG.

Judiciary is the weakest link in India.

Indian judges represent a colonial era bs with "my lord" etc. And they are extremely self important. No place for these kinds in a democracy.

Such advocates should be the Judges if India has to progress. Forget 3rd largest or 1st largest economy but the countries where judiciary is strong and time bound the progress is inevitable.

Advocate knows what he is saying...his homework is awesome...he is very articulate

The judgement given by most judges nowadays is not on the basis of justice & neither judges are neutral....the judgement is only given on the basis of ego..whether the lawyer is teaching me law then I shall not give bail or aquit the accused...it's given on the basis of pleasing and speaking nicely to the judge or else the judge gets angry and gives another case just to harass...the judge is not bothered whether justice is served or not...they only see whether their ego is satisfied or not
