The untitled Aliens game is a single-player, action horror game set in the Alien universe.
It will be available on PC, consoles, and virtual reality platforms. The game is being developed by 20th Century Games and Survios, who have also created VR games like Creed: Rise to Glory, Raw Data, and Sprint Vector.
The game will be set during the 57-year gap between the original Alien and its sequel, Aliens.

I just finished this on Switch, and watching it in VR makes so much more sense! I knew there were going to be compromises here and there, but theres so many little things that felt cheap and oddly static on the Switch that are a little more fully explained on the VR game. Like the use of the flashlight and the little electronic scanner.

Overall a fun game as long as you dont expect too much from the story.

My biggest disappointment was seeing a restaurant area and thinking it was going to be the raptors in the kitchen scene, but that never happened 😂

Mia was so annoying, talk about desperate for attention.

If I was the protagonist of this game I would say "I don't care about your story MIA, I'm suing the crap out of you alongside Juan's and Carlos's families."

On mine to get to the geo thermal plant it is not working it won’t let me charge

I watched this whole thing over a course of 2 weeks and I gotta say I’m quite upset that Mia didn’t make it. After ALL of that. Literally they both survived the whole game and she dies when a way home finally arrives.. I was so sad y’all😩 But loved the play through!!

I only really have two complaints for this playthrough (more like nitpicks, but hey, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one). Otherwise it was a fine playthrough.

1) No real exploration and taking in the ambience. I don't fully understand it, but I'm sure it has something to do with not wanting to stand for more than a few hours than you'd be willing to stand for. Fair enough. That and it seems quite a few people can't handle VR too well for long periods of time. Dunno (nor care) if you're one of them, but I'm trying to be unbiased here.

2) There are a few instances of overly spastic movement during Audio Clips playing or exposition dumps. I don't get motion sick, but constant spastic movement can still hurt my eyes. And it's distracting. Like I typed earlier, nitpicks.

End note: I wish I could get this game and play it. Looks like a lot of fun. Buuut, there are factors that keep me from doing so. I cannot afford a VR headset, have no real room for one and am handicapped. Can't stand for long unless I wanna fall over and possibly hurt myself. Just something I have to, unfortunately, pass on. Still a fun playthrough to watch though. You also get points for not typing 'Walkthrough' in the title when it's clearly not.

I appreciate that you took the time to make this video, but the camera handling and all the sliding was a little annoying. It made it very hard to concentrate on the storyline. But again, thanks for taking the time to put this up 😁.
