This video just popped up in recommendations. I loved the book the series was based on. However, this scene has always bugged me. If they did not know what the target of the incoming ballistic missile was how did they know it was x seconds from detonation?
ОтветитьThe nuclear detonation feel unreal as light and sound reach at same time from that far i believe coud take sound to travel maybe 2-3 second more or less .. what do you think people who actually know sound and light velocity 😅
ОтветитьNuclear detonation the EMP shut down the power in the Nathan James
ОтветитьWhat episode is this
ОтветитьRip France 🇨🇵🙏
ОтветитьImagine if that's how world war 3 started

ОтветитьWell living on the south of England, I now know that if the virus hadn't got me, the radiation would have.
Ответить"You saw what happened in France, you know what my ship is capable of."
-Fleet Adm. Konstantin Nikolajewitsch Ruskov
(Commanding Officer of the Vyerni, the flagship of the Russian Navy Red Banner Northern Fleet)
How would you know an inbound missile was a nuke?
ОтветитьNo one noticed the that the nuclear blast and the light are gotten in same time? normally light is 2 million time faster.
ОтветитьWait aren’t US destroyers hardened?
ОтветитьUK: "Aw bugger, we were going to colonise Europe!"
ОтветитьCountering with Tomahawk LAND attack missiles??
Ответитьthis scene has me on edge no matter how many times i watch it
ОтветитьThe reason for this is that it was that Russian battleship trying to disable them so that they could capture the Nathan James and the Primordial Strain easier. One of the scientists was a traitor and informed the bad guys that the ship was going to France. The nuke was two-fold: disable the ship with an EMP and prevent it from being able to go to France in order to resupply, making it an easier target for the battleship. However, they managed to repair the ship and resupply using an Italian cruise ship that they found.
ОтветитьAdieu pauvre France, c'est quand même bizarre, vu les installations de défense, la France aurait essayé de détruire le missile
ОтветитьVampire vampire vampire!
ОтветитьCheers, I used to live there...
ОтветитьStrange, nobody connect this show with today's actually news about Corona but connect to Resident Evil
ОтветитьEpisode no. ?
ОтветитьWhy didn't they set circle williams?
ОтветитьThese types of weapons are why battleships are no longer used by navies. This was an intense scene!
ОтветитьWow, there's so much bullshit in this single scene...
1. How do you know that the missile is nuclear? Unless you possess high resolution muon ray detectors (very unlikely) you won't be able to tell the difference between a conventional ballistic missile and a nuclear one.
2. What are these fire orders they mentioned? The antagonist is the Russian navy and any fire order would probably be given from inside the ship or at the very least through an encrypted link between ships.
3. What do you mean the coordinates don't make any sense? Any ICBM payload with a MIRV capability will have the ability to steer itself from the ballistic trajectory and select different coordinates individually...
What is a "fire order" and how did she know it was given? If I recall the nuke was launched by the crazy Russian admiral so how did they overhear the order to fire the nuke?
