Despite beeing hardware demanding as hell, DCS is the best VR game ever. Hands down.

little tip: you can play the vader immortal games without actually paying for them if you complete them before 2 hours (which is easy without rushing it) just refund the game for a random reason and then you can get the next one

That re4 port is unbelievable man. Couldnt believe how much effort they put into that game. Best version of the game too. I was blown away how polished it was.

I'm surprised No Man's Sky was not mentioned. People most likely do not realize in it VR capable. Fantastic visuals and game play. Controls are very immersive. Highly recommend. I have over 3,300 hrs of game time so far. Great game on flat, even better in VR!

Beat saber is my fav vr game. Just an amazing game, with no motion sickness, doesn’t require alot of space, gets u hyped, makes exercising fun (as I usually play for hours), amazing songs and how good flow some songs have. Not to mention online play and leaderboards to beat

Can't effing wait for a good wireless headset to exist. Quest 2 is nice in that it's standalone so no dragging a wire around, but the graphics are understandably terrible. The link cable is not great and the wireless feed is awful .. never mind the horrible FOV, clunky optics, and overall cheap feel. Tracking and motion aren't terrible but not great either.


I also have an Index too but it's beginning to show its age and dragging a wire around makes it almost unusable anyways.

Robo recall is a chill shooter that I would recommend. It does not burn energy like other pitiful vr shooters and is fun.

Swat4 multiplayer 18player game would be the ultimate giggle in VR, funny to think The LAPD might start funding gaming for us ^o^

What about exploration style puzzle games like Myst, The Room, or Obduction?

When playing in vr, say an FPS game, can you be just as fast and accurate like a controller or even mouse? Or if the motion choppy and slow? I’ve pre ordered Psvr2 but never tried vr. I just thought, why not try it. If I don’t like, sell for about 75/80% retail. I’m just not convinced that when playing a vr game, the game can keep up with tracking the players inputs. Resulting in death or simply failing. I just hope it’s not all like mini games set prices where all the action and enemy are slowed down.

for rhythm i love synth riders and smash drums. smash drums doesnt support custom songs but its still so much fun

Another Roguelite that just released after this video that deserves a shoutout is Compound for it's retro/Wolfenstein meets 80s action movies vibe, but Into Death rightfully earned a first mention. This is possibly the best VR game list video that's come out this year! Really dig the category timestamps.
