BTW, if you can't afford demo reels, you can make a high quality self-tape audition of a scene. Casting just wants to see you act. Make sure the viewer can see you and hear you clearly.

Thanks a lot for the advice. It gives me an idea how it would start but the thing is I'm Asian and lives in Sri Lanka also I'm not Indian (Just said cuz majority of the people thinks Sri Lanka is a part of India still but it's not and Sri Lankans & Indians look similar but not 100% maybe but like 45 - 50%). So my dream is to become a Hollywood actor. Like Comedian and Action actor just like Rowan Atkinson but my own character for the next generation. So like does the skin color matter? Should all the people who gets the entry for the acting industry have white or pink skin? Please anyone explain. Does it matter if my skin is like the animation version in my pfp made it by toonapp. And in school I've joined this drama club which is kinda lame and not those acting but these stage Shakespeare plays. I just joined it to get some acting experience. So I just need some advice like how to start acting career after I finished schooling and how I should look and all yk. Still there's another 2 years to leave school I'm still in grade 11. For acting I'm going to Australia or UK or America which is not confirmed yet. PLEASE GIVE ME SOMEONE ADVICE ANYONEE😔

Can you become an actor without acting school??? I had romanticized acting and I really want to be an actor, I am studying animal health care (mostly horses) and I want to study that but I still want to be able to become an actor. I’m in high school/collage or what you call it..
