for those of you wondering, yes. this is the ACTUAL dub of this anime.

For those who don't know the history of this anime. It was a mediocre anime in japan. The studio struggled financially. So they sold the rights to a VA studio, but the studio bought it on one term, and that was to have full freedom of the DUB. The original anime is just a ghost hunting show, that no one would watch. But the english DUB made it one of the most recogniseable anime ever.

I had never heard of this case or what this poor sweet child went throught. I can't even imagine how horrifying & traumatic her last moments on this earth would have been! What he did to this little angel, may the fires of hell burn so very 🔥🔥 hot for this type of pure evil, that he spends eternity being repeatedly scorched over & over while feeling every millisecond of the burn! No parent should ever have to bury their child. No parent should ever have a child taken from them in such a brutal & evil way that it will haunt them until they're reunited again. 🕯🙏

When I first heard this I’m not going to lie I was cracking up! I was like this can’t be real! 😭

story behind this is the anime was hyped up but when it dropped everyone said it sucked and so they wanted to make their money back and dropping a dub was an easy way only no one wanted to do it since it was tanking so they were desperate and when they came across the only ones willing to take it on they gave them very literally total and complete freedom

It’s the fandub/“original”. The original crew of ghost stories didn’t want to do it anymore, it didn’t really reach an audience so they parodied it into a “fan” dub
