i cant close the map at the right time before i hit the water

I can't even sink into the water can someone please break down precisely when I need to tap on the map? Like, where on the platform am I when I hit the button. I can't figure it out and I'm really frustrated.

When i try to jump out of the pool the map/inventory screen auto closes, what to do?

i have problem with getting in the pool, i slowed video to 0.25x, looked when tutorial got out of map and repeated it like 100 times. i did same but earlier, later, still no progress.
any tips please?

Being someone thats got the 112% before and beaten everything except for the final pantheon, i really recommend that anyone coming across this glitch does not use it at all as everything in hollow knight can be accomplished with a bit of practice, paitence and skill.. except for the final challenge. Getting 112% though and finishing steel soul is absolutely possible without any form of glitch which you should go for !

For the final panethon especially if your on playstation to get the platinum then i support the use of the glitch. The final boss rush really is an absolute grind and requires full mastery of the game and your skills as a gamer. I can't tell you how many times I've attempted it before only to either die right at the end to pure vessel or another dumb death elsewhere in the run. It is so satisfying if your able to complete it legit but some things are not worth the loss in sanity for a digital trophy on your account.

Only use this glitch if you absolutely have to!

Whenever i try do the glitch im in the water sunken in fully like said but it still doesnt let me move when my inv is open

Making myself look crazy infront of that lake bug was worth it.

So, I'm having some trouble getting the timing of the "landing on the pool" part. I can do the inventory drop pretty often but landing on the pool and closing it feels almost impossible. Any tips?

i just want to get pass all the bosses on 4 faster to beat pure vessel legit because i knew how to beat the other bosses first try but going through them makes me rusty on pure vessel once i get to him

Hey, im on ps4 and when i try to jump onto the ledge with my inventory on, it turns off my inventory, anything i can do?

I don't know, maybe I do something wrong, but it apparently doesn't work with Pantheon 5. I mean, I did everything in this guide, and the map really didn't work during pushing the button, but as soon as I went from this location to p5, the map opened again.

P.S. I want to use this glitch simply for p5 with bindings, the p5 itself I have beaten couple months ago, I simply want to open the godseeker's second memory with the mask (it can be opened after 20 bindings)

Sometimes "borderline impossible" isn't fun at all in game design. Thank you for this, it saved my time and sanity. It still took time for me to make it work, but it was 100% worth.

Im so grateful! Ive been fighting radiant markoth for roughly 3 weeks. I was having such bad luck with the fight and i felt like i was just waisting my time. Thankfully its over now!
