Quick Steps :
1. Have visual of your face.
2. Face Track Motion on
3. Use the object/texture that you desire. Clown, Old Man, Woman, Alien, etc.
4. Make sure that once the face is fully tracked and following facial expressions;
5. There should be a Puppet-Warp-Manipulation to the object/texture itself which replicates the movements of the motion tracking.
6. Link the Puppet Tool with the Motions based upon the facial expression point and dots.
7. Color Correction obviously.
Now you can do it in 2 mins. I never watched the video nor did this method.

Thanks for video, however, why the hell would you speed it up at such critical points in the process, at least do the first few slowly to show the viewer how its done, then you can speed it up.

I just don't know why: I did everything you did, but when I parent the pins to the face track points the image stretches like crazy all over the screen! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

lol u mean u did some rudimentary tracking with an image of a navi while prjecting the video of ur eyes and mouth? bravo, this isnt facial motion capture and the result is terrible.
