I didn’t survive the whole 15 but I also wasn’t put off by it so I’ll keep trying till I build up. Thank you for making it available to try without over complicating it and forcing a sign up. ❤ look forward to more

ОтветитьPerfect excersize, but... after 25 years extreme backpain. Need some fysio or tips for back excersize. Backpain came from taking care of my son with muscular disorder. He passed away earlier this year. Now i need to get strength back again. Tips?

I used to be really into step aerobics but twisted and broke parts of my ankle in January and failed every other beginner's step aerobic video that I've tried the last few months. Very frustrating. This one was the first I could follow through. I will go from here.
ОтветитьI am so relieved to find someone who does videos at a slower speed. Even the "senior's" videos on other channels are too fast for me. I am working back from a knee injury and a little unsteady on my feet. I trip over the step if I go too fast. This is perfect for me. And a better length for someone coming back to fitness. Age:54, I used to be a step aerobic fanatic back in the late 80, early 90's, should have stuck to it, but I didn't prioritize it, I'm paying for that now with beginnings of unhealth. This is helping me ease into it beautifully. Thankful

ОтветитьI love this video!!! It's not just about the basics for me, but the length. I cannot do a 30 min routine yet because I don't have the stamina/strength, I ned to build it up. So 15 min is perfect for me! I wish you had more 15 min step work outs (even if it's not just basic), because beides this I just found one. Would love a whole series of diffent 15 min workouts, at least until I can upgrade myself to 20 and than 30 and 40...

ОтветитьJust came home with my step. Haven't done it in years and want to have something aerobic to do at home. Love your style of teaching and I could keep up. This 15 minutes to start off is exactly what I needed. It helped me realized how much my quads need a good workout and I reconnected with the joy of these routines. Will do this 3 or 4 times a week to start out. Great video and you make it totally doable, fun and inviting. Thank you. I look forward to progressing with you.
