Hi thank you for this I am putting an unintentional trace of right hand side so I am not consistent on long pots, recently I've decided to aim my tip of the cue to the left of the centre of the cue ball, I started potting the long straight pots! And the cue ball come back straight to the tip of the cue when I went over the spots! How can I make sure I see the middle of the cue ball ( did I explain it well) are my eyes playing tricks on me? I appreciate your feed back

You should only be putting side on shots where you need it. Learn to cue centre ball, only use side when you need to manoeuvre the cueball differently. Errors will creep into your game when you play on tougher tables.

Not one of those shots you called a stun shot actually were a dead stun , that means you have no control . Each one rocked back and forth

This is just misleading for aspiring young snooker players. Sorry mate, but i don't understand the line of learning logic using your ideas(they migth be good for 'broken' players to assure them they are okay). Si Jiahui would not gain his techiques if he was listening to your advices.

Great video, have you thought about doing a video on the difference between a brass ferule and a titanium ferrule? My understanding is there is less throw or side movement with the titanium ferrules. It would be great to see it in action with you.

Question are the fennels on the cue moving a big issue

Playing with side spin is so complex it requires many many hours of practice. You have to account for distance, deflection, speed, spin induced throw, cut induced throw etc. Unless you have your own table at home, getting those hours of practice is prohibitively expensive.

thats what ronnie says most of the time he puts side on the long shot and thats much helpful when you can judge it too by the way big fan from chitwan nepal

Does no one at the top really try and play center ball and aim as such? I know many professionals allow for side and assume side on every shot - but are there any exceptions? Just curious!

Very good advice, sometimes certain shots r hard to explain it just comes down to feel & technique. I never ever got taught how to play snooker. I just learnt from watching snooker on television. I love watching the chanel. Well done congratulations

Put a pin on karachi, pakistan. My name is haatib. And i have one problem with my game when i am not consistent on going to club bcuz of reasons my game doesnt work then when i play 4-5 frames then my potting comes in control. Pls tell how to not lose game and to do consistent potting.
