METRO EXODUS Sam's Story BATWING Full Boss Fight

This batwing boss reminds me of the hangman boss from the house of the dead

Game would be much better without lame "boss" fights imo

The final battle was my favorite. It felt a bit like a Doom boss battle. Especially because I was using a double barrel.

I have won the hardcore trophy from Metro Exodus, but I still had to "cheat" and use the easiest difficulty-level, "reader" to beat bat wings in the third boss fight... and this despite reading and watching all the tips on how to beat this enemy. I think this crap ruins the game a bit, but it is a good thing that you can change difficulty in the same playthrough.

a boss fight in the beginning of a game? this is one of the dumbest things ever put into a video game.
thanks for the video showing how to go on otherwise i would still be stuck on the platform in a death loop but after i finish it i will never play this dlc again.

This batwing deserve eating a tons of bullets, why haven't those watchmen killed it already, just teared of its wings though. What a horror combat!

Hot take: most of the monster bosses are poorly designed. Change my mind (although it could be just the fact that there’s little to no indications during fights aside from cutscenes you get after doing x amount of damage)

Batwing? It looks more like Man-Bat.

I survived all three encounters, and the trophy didn't pop up for me .. but I did die during my walkthrough but not in the batwing fights.

I am struggling with this boss fight (2nd main one) think it might be the gun i have not being powerful enough i dont know :( good play mate - wish i could bloody kill it! EDIT : your aim is brilliant, no matter where boss pops up you know where he is and hit him every time - i need a a mini you in my pocket to do this fight for me lol

Nobody: If only we could have more batwing fights against monsters that attack randomly from nowhere whilst you are short of ammo with no way of creating more and auto mid fight saves.

Batwing/demons > scorch beast

I fucking did it without getting killed and the achievement didn't pop out. I'm going to go insane.

Why is it that the only cutscene I get with batwing is falling off the tracks. I still haven't gotten past the first "boss fight"

The boss was not even fun just annoying.

Somewhere one poor Dettlaff cries, asks to give him this flock-of-bats-attack back.

Trophies like this only make me hate the game more. Dieing means restarting, which means watching all those cutscenes and loading times again. It's a broken mess.

I must have tried this 10 times. I always run out of bullets then get thrown off the platform. I've never even got to the part when the monster is hanging on the other track

Is it okay if you die outside of the encounters or do you need to be alive the whole chapter

La première fois j'ai galéré au niveau du funiculaire, je suis mort plusieurs fois et ensuite c'est sur la troisième et dernière apparition lorsque la chauve souris n'a plus les ailes que je n'arrivais pas à le vaincre. Je peinais à localiser ses apparitions avec le brouillard, après l'avoir vaincu 6 fois (2 fois au total donc) je suis à l'aise pour m'attaquer au succès "Vaincre Batwing en normal sans mourrir" une seule fois 🏆 ✔ ✌. C'est le succès le plus difficile de l'extension avec les caches d'armes facilement manquable.

I guessing it's an overgrown demon, gaining a ability to control bats (Aren't they baby demons due to the redesign) through evolution or selection. But still, last light demons were like reptiles, there was a large dead one on the bridge in last light, would that one be a batwing or seraph too. The redesign is kinda confusing me, they were a reptile like mutant, now their obviously a mutant bat

Fighting the Batwing feels like fighting a Resident evil B.O.W boss ,Especially the final boss fight. It may as well be a feralized Russian bioweapon.

Hi friends, is there any way change nighttime to daytime in this DCL? Because when i should fight Batwing second time in car wreckers it is a night and I can't see nothing ! thanx

Batwing: The rumors of my death were greatly exaggerated.

Why didn't devs of this game suggest a useful close combat weapon such as a long bayonet or hand-made blade for gamers? People of Metro's world can't have the mass manufacturing system for ammo produce, so they should have the simple but deadly weapon 'blade' for ammo less situation on the field. If gamers can use those weapons in the missions, it would be a more interesting experience. For instance, the bayonet attached shotgun was the best weapon for CQB from Metro 2033.

I`d give everything for an ending when Artyom wakes up with a massive headache and it turns out that he is just a regular russian guy in today`s moscow after a very long night of vodka drinking...

Loved this fight when I played it. It was so early in the game and caught me completely by surprise. The best fight with batwing is in the junk yard. Especially when it was causing car wreck avalances. I was out of bullets and med kits. I threw knives at him and with my last one I managed to get him to leave.
